Only way we'll know is to give him a chance we've been down the ex player route and the whole "jobs for the boys" routine what we need is someone with a good business sence in terms of sell on value in transfer targets and someone used to dealing with not a lot of cash but most of all we need a non rangers man to come in assess the squad and see what we need for the seasons to come

Certainly hope so so. Anyone that's read up on his career so far can't help but be impressed, he's not in it for money, just the love of the game, champions youth and promotes attacking passing football, something I at 25 have barely ever seen at rangers in my life time.
