Actually the manager spoke about bringing in younger players to develop and sell on but stressed that we need experienced players too, to help them . He said its a balance which is 100% correct. If you are going to quote the guy at least listen to the whole thing and don`t just pass on the bits that suit you . that's what journalists do.
