I have reset my password and its still not letting me renew, comes up when try with the message - there were no subscriptions found that can be renewed at this time?

Had season ticket for 35 years, never been a problem before emailed and called 20 times last week still no answer - very frustrating considering i have £260 credit in my account to boot fs.
