Like many others, I have never had so little confidence in my team. The whole structure is wrong and there appears to be no easy fix. As far as the playing side is concerned, I hope I am wrong about the manager etc. , but there is just a bad vibe about the team.
Reading reports about our trip to Derby, and again, although we did not get the performance required, our fantastic support done us proud.
If that support could be bottled it would sell by the gallon. Unfortunately, they can only support the team and that is where the problems begin.
We have two home games to start our season and let's hope that our support can carry the team to victories. Win, lose or draw, changes are necessary and not just papered over.

When will pers get it Ally doesn't do youth, and Jig is first name on team sheet even though he has no pace, he had chance to blood youth in past 2 years and failed, he isn't going to do it now, so we may as well sell Murray Park as we don't use any youth from it, and the way we play we don't practice any moves or passing on it either

Dumbfounded yet again by the three stooges decision on team selection. signs a centre half and plays him at right back, plays the same central pairing of mcculloch and Moshni that were dire last year and leaves another centre back he bought on the bench, plays lewis McLeod out of position, a 35 year old up front on his own and as for Black, words fail me. Have now lost total faith.

In any other business, or indeed at any other club, McCoist's deranged team selections and utter managerial ineptitude would have seen him sacked long ago. He is fireproof because he knows where the bodies are buried during the past 3 years of corporate disaster. I fear it will take yet another couple of cup exits (must be nearing double figures?) before Wallace or the unseen powers at Ibrox finally despatch him bag and baggage. His crass inability to learn from his mistakes is surpassed only by our Board's supine cowardice in letting this farce stagger on.

{Ed039's Note - Great post, and I wholly 100% agree)

@3 Senior London Bear, absolutely spot on. If I showed an inability to do my job or it was blatantly obvious I could not do the job I was being paid to do then I would fully expect to get shown the door. If I wasn't and it was obvious to me I wasn't up to the task and I was continually making excuses I would have to put my hands up, show some self respect and walk away. The fact that neither of these things has happened beggars belief. Board = Spineless are soles.

Problem 3 and 4 - if we were not doing our job we would be paid off up to the end of our period of notice. In Ally's case, as with all prima donna footie managers, they have it written into their contracts that they get a GOLDEN HANDSHAKE usually in many thousands if not more.
That my friends is why he will not be sacked, He is there until HE decides when his time is up.

Wee bill to pay ally off it would not be a golden handshake the money he is on it would be a golden anatomy shake
