what a state our club is cannot believe we are now going sell lewis macloed our best player and possibly use the money to get rid of the worst manger in all time
the board need a reality check they have got no money yet they want to run our club if they accepted 16 million they would not have to sell best player
they are only looking after number one I would expect a lot fans will not be happy if lewis sold

I think both McLeod and Wallace will go in the transfer window. I doubt the money will be used to sack Ally as its needed to keep the club going. It's a sad state of affairs that the main argument for not getting rid of Ally is the cost

Strange can't find the cash to dump Ally yet board member after board member equally as inept as Ally at there jobs all walked with handsome payoffs and some.

great point soton bear the board should also be walking as they have no funds to keep our club going there in denial like ally the only person that the the club is a viable proposition to own is Ashley he has got all the contracts will soon have the assets when we default on loans if the fans where to buy the club threw shares we would have to fork out near 20 million then be left with no income from contracts ashley has there would be debts due to current board faculties need upgrading then investment into our squad scouts coaches the bill will run into tens of millions of pounds

4.) 07 Dec 2014
Soton bear the ones that left with bulging pockets probably got out early know that the money was going down, and jumped ship, thinking that if they waited there would not have been enough money to pay them off, as is now the situ with mccoist

Just a thought after reading craigs comments above if the Dave king group that was suppose to have 8 members used the 16mil they were going to invest to buy out the current shareholders & I'm guessing this was 2 mil each then there would be a sizable amount left from the 30/50 mil that king said he was willing to put in & this would go a long way to getting players & running the club not to mention what the 7 others would be willing to add to the pot. then again if only it was that easy.

yeh king did say he would put 50 million into club so take his 20 million to buy club leaves 30 million to pay the debt plus investment in faciltes coaches scouts players ect this is the king of money the club needs and I seriously doubt the supporters threw buying shares can bring that sort of money to the table so count them out then u got ashley very doubt he will invest this sort of money into rangers then u have david king who wants to invest this sort of money but easdales shareholders are more interested in keeping there place on the board then the well being of the club so he is blocked at every attempt he makes

I'm a celtic fan but come In peace. I just think if ally was a real rangers man he would walk and if he was a real rangers man he wouldn't have been taking the salary he was on. I remember when he was saying he just wanted the club to exist basically when all this happened. He would work for nothing. Seems to me he has just got involved in all the deceiving. He ain't no fan. because I know rangers fans thst would work for nothing. Because they live their club.

8.) 07 Dec 2014
Can anyone tell me this. what happens if it turns out Craig whytes name is on the deeds. m8says if that's the case they would take rangers licence of them. anybody know if this is possible. gary

Think with the club living hand to mouth on loans the majority of shareholders would bite anyone's hand off if they made a decent offer for there shares as they would just be glad to get away with a few bob in there back pocket. I don't think they would be adverse to kings money for there shares it just they don't want to work with him. hence the reason they did not accept his offer of investment bit if the money was going to them well that would be a different matter.

10.) 07 Dec 2014
I am fed up listening about kings offer or his money he makes offers that he knows can't accepted if he really wanted the club use the money to buy out dinsdale and doug and the rest of there cronies its that easy make the offer pay the money or p. . off because between ally inept management and king and his puppets the u o f that's what is going to finnish the club off and on top of all that u have dinsdale and doug and there cronies masquerading as directors the only chance we have is everyone get behind rangers first and make monthly payments to buy shares because there are no saviours going to ride to the rescue get a dose of reality and move forward

11.) 07 Dec 2014
@10. Buy as many shares as you like, but if the resolution is passed in a fortnight to disapply pre-emption rights, you will be diluted right down to zero.

12.) 07 Dec 2014
We had two options to recover with the £22m we raised at ipo.

on youth, keeping a war chest.

spend, spend, spend.

clear which way our owners went, shortterm, no future.

folks keep saying our fans who not have accept results with youths, but the spend spend spend has failed to win cup in last 3 years.

meanwhile hearts only team unbeaten in uk, so youth can do very well.

so why do we not have scouting network, huge bills for ibrox and back as near basket case??

Hi to all you bears Not gloating on this really I have a lot of friends that are Rangers fans and I just can't be leave you guys are not asking Ally why he is still taking money from your club if he loved it that much. And I am sure he could do with not taking a wage for a few years and putting the money back in to the club he is supposed to love until you get out this mess or dose he not know how much he has in the bank either

{Ed039's Note - Tony, its more than Ally putting his wage back into the black hole thats needed, its a complete overhaul, I know £800k is alot of money but it is just not the only fix required mate)

Doesn't need to be king big Wull but would be great to see if he's willing to put his money were his mouth is, it just makes me wonder if any of them have Rangers at heart if they do surely it wouldn't be to hard for king, Kennedy etc to get together for the good of the club.

Rangers first are not worried about share value its volume to force change they will not be worrying about share price and if they can buy some of the new issue good and well ifrangers first had 50000 pay 15 pound per month that's 750 k enough buy a substantial amount of shares every month and at least they operate democratically everthing is voted on to me its the only way forward

16.) 08 Dec 2014
I know it's about volume BigWull but the point is that if the pre-emption rights are disapplied, NEW shares will be issued to whomsoever theboard chooses and the fans who currently have, say 5%, will suddenly have 2% and a much bigger mountain to climb to gain any sort of say in matters. That is why it needs a 75% vote. It screws over existing small shareholders
