Telegraph has just reported that dave king has won control of rangers and david somers will confirm his resignation to the stock exchange tomorrow morning, there will now be no need to have the egm, great news fellow bears, I'm totally over the moon, git in there!

Just announced on SSN Somers resignation confirmed tomorrow morning but they EGM will still go ahead

{Ed039's Note - As long as Leech and Llambias are in position the EGM would have to go ahead so the resolutions against them can be heard)

Think rule is that there has to be a meeting even if all that is said is that there will be no vote taken due to the silvery trail left by Somers
