Guys ryan is right we can sign him on a pre contract but hibs have to give rangers or any orher scottish club permission to speak to the player any club outside scotland don't need permission to talk to him though

Nope. We need to inform Hibs in writing but don't need their permission.

And in todays world of agents etc. do you really think that it does not happen regardless of permission/in writing or whatever.
