Enjoyed that 90 minute capitulation last night no end but now we've had our wee laugh we shouldn't underestimate just how significant that result could have on our recovery.

Don't get me wrong Rangers will find a way back to the top no matter what, I firmly believe that. Should however the manky mob suffer the same fate this time next year again then the financial gap that exists between us will close a hell of a lot quicker.

The current salary range they are paying to service a big squad must still be met and I'm betting the decision to add 10k a week Scott Allan to that bill is already a rueful one. Liewell knows it,Desmond knows it ,so cue the sharp exit of Van Dijk and maybe more to help Ballance their books.

I'm in danger of focusing too much on them here so let me be clear, I've highlighted these points only to show the potential timescale of our return to the top spot.

Garza don't kid yourself mate,we and every other team in the top league will be competing with them next season, ffs they are living on an over draught ,so you watch the downsizing over there it's imminent mate IMO,all there big earners will be chased out the door, watch this spot.they will be shopping in the scot allan department store for years to come, the banks will make sure of that.

You've also got to remember, Celtic could go out & spend £20-30m if required, and I believe Rangers will also have defensive frailties against better opposition.
Celtic at the moment are winning most games in spl easily, but when better opposition steps in, the mistakes are highlighted more, but agree Celtic have stood dormant and raking money in for the share holders

I've a couple of wee points I want to make.

We need to stop thinking about or moaning about other clubs. Don't get sucked into petty tit for tat arguments with other teams supporters. Let's keep this site about us and our Club.

I'm loving the improvements the management and team have made so far this season but let's keep our feet on the ground and not get too carried away. There's still a long way to go and no doubt a few disappointments along the way.

Good luck to Darren McGregor. It's his career so let him get on with it.

Also a few players will probably be leaving soon. Permanently and on loan. All the best to them too.

No I think it's the same as most clubs, to give the board some cash, and also a bit of the player wanting away.

Memes elf so once van dyke goes (our the dyke) so to speak how much of the transfer fee will be spent on new players,IDE hazard a guess, and say they won't spend a penny, the money is needed elsewhere than the squad, ,massive clear out no later than Xmas ,brownie the lot.

They won't spend much if any, just give themselves a nice wee bonus, and pat on the back
