Can someone explain what King is on about with Old Co stuff. I don't get this 1 bit!

Dave King is suggesting pulled the old co out of liquidation, paying their creditors (namely HMRC) and continuing on accordingly, any contracts within the new co would be null and void and therefore we would be Ashley free. as my little meerkat would say, "Simples".

jack, he is firing shots in a pr war i think.
we need to do nothing but if we do as he suggests the creditors will get some of their losses back. we are trying to be decent and are no longer run by spivs and crooks.
it would also give us a bit of cred with future investors, sponsors and lenders.
