Been a fan since the early 60's, and cannot remember a defence as bad as this, surely there are young scottish defenders around who would give all in that shirt, something has to be done now!

I believe rangers have another gear or two to hit and when they do all the over fickle fans will be back singing the managements praise, short memories we are still working our way out of a shambolic period.

We"ll only hit those high gears if he drops barton and krankjar. also kiernan must argubaly be the worse cb in my time (late 80s)

I can go back to the late 1950's and if I exclude the McCoist team then I am with you, I have never seen a poorer bunch of central defenders with Hill and Kiernan by far the worst.

It pains me to say it but I cannot remember a poorer captain in terms of leadership qualities since the Scott Symon Era.

While other areas of the team might improve these particular problems will not improve until we find a way to bring in quality and find a leader in the mould of Greig, Souness, Butcher, Gough or Amoruso.
