Unfortunately the team and the manager invite the negativity with the performances. I think most Rangers fans that post on here give an honest assessment of where the team are and on the players. It would be great to be positive but there hasn't been much to be positive about

We're nearer to Partick Thistle in the SPFL than we are to Celtic and you don't see why fans are being negative?

Seriously, do you find that stat acceptible?

Naz. Did you honestly think we would compete with them this year. With the differences in budgets. If you did you are deluded

The 2 new lads looked useful today. Thought Torel scored a good goal and Hyndman looked to have a killer pass in him. Would like to see Dodoo playing, Waggy tries hard and will be an important player on second half of season but lacks quality.

Warburton has had a far greater war chest than McInnes at Aberdeen yet we are no better than they are. He has signed around 22 players since becoming manager yet we don't seem to be improving and I don't see anything being built. Yeah we don't have the money Celtic do but to be 19 points behind having played a game more is unacceptable. The team concedes to easily, lacks creativity and doesn't score enough goals. It's a shambles and the manager has to shoulder the responsibility for this

Swany9 No I said on here I thought we would finish second. Which is still the case.

I'll assume that you don't know that our budget is percentage wise far nearer to Celtic's budget than Partick's so I'll ask again, do you think having a points total nearer to Partick than Celtic is acceptable?

Second is our objective this year. Looking at budgets to work out how far in front or behind another team is for championship manager.

The frustration for me is with the players left on the park when substitutions were being made, players not in Leipzig and why not, and players used / not used as substitutes.

I watched Everton today and they had two youth players in their team and another youngster on the bench. They looked the part in a 4.0 victory over Manchester City.

I watched Rangers and saw one or two encouraging signs but again I was bemused by Warburton's selection / substitutions. We have a quality young player in McKay, albeit that he is not a wing back, however when Wallace is fit we will hopefully see him restored to the side with McKay then deployed as a forward. With two quality acquisitions, Toral and Hyndman why did we not play both of them from the start or at least, in the second half play Hyndman in the Holding Midfield role since that is a position where we are struggling and why was Senderos brought on when it would have been an ideal opportunity to see how the young lad from Raith Rovers would perform alongside Hill.

As for the players not included what is the situation with Rossiter and with Wallace and their respective injuries. I think it is about time we had an honest update, especially on Rossiter!

What I see is a team who concedes too many, scores too few and has midfielders who don't create. Tell me what do you see?

So budgets having nothing to do with it then?

Stewie25, if you can't see a difference between warberton team and mccoists then you need a check mate cause it's night and day, not perfect yet but he gratful for what the man has done to completely re shape the squad in 1 and a half years

Swany9, why bring up budgets only to say budgets don't matter when you're point is proven flawed by politely reminding you that we have the largest budget except Celtic?

What's McCoists team got to do with it? He left 2 years ago. I'm talking about how I don't think Warburton's team has improved in the 18 months he has been in charge. We still concede too many don't score enough and don't create enough. We are poor in possession and give the ball away too easily.

Just look at the amount of goals scored and conceded in the league it's unacceptable.

Just because we were in a bad place 2 years ago doesn't mean we have to accept the slight improvement on the park now. Yes, off field massive improvement in the club (thank god) but on the park its still guff, same old tactics, same old mistakes, same undroppable players that start.

yes naz having that points difference you are talking about is poor but its our first time back up here and we started a lot poorer than we have been lately. celtic are too good just now I hate to say it but they are they have real quality in their side with the likes of sinclaire dembelle and that wee Patrick Roberts its frightening!

yes we all thought we would be closer to celtic and if it where the celtic of last year we would be a lot lot closer but its not and we are not we have to accept that or just be pissed off at the wrong people.

warbs isn't the guy and king isn't the guy to be annoyed at its Ashley that has our hands tied behind our back.
