If on Sunday I see a team that comes out preforms well and i see a manager who makes changes that change the way we play and hopefully for me a starting 442. Then why not let murty finish the season. Why waste money on McLeish or anyone else. Wait till end of season bring someone in with a transfer window open. There will be far more options for finding a new manager at that point.

dont care who it is as long as the first thing he learns is not to pick a midfield with halliday and holt

I think if we aren't going to appoint a manager until the summer and an interim comes in, the next manager has to be tied up before the summer. That way they can at least analyse and identify the players they want to bring in

I think we should go wi McLeish and Barry Ferguson till the end of the season. If they improve this very average bunch give them the job long term. If things don't go well consider Derek McInness or Gary Rowatt.
I just think the De Boers is a non starter.

I thought we really struggled on Sunday and had it not been for some bad misses from Morton then we could easily have went out. Halliday and Senderos were shocking and Holt did nothing.

Also thought O'Halloran looked very timid and never looked like doing anything. The team lacks confidence, direction and a leader. The mix up at the end summed it up. Really need to get someone in soon to try and pick things up

Ferguson is already a manager and do you really think he would take an Assistant Manager job that could only last 3 months?

Mcinness isn't coming, Gary rowatt never heard of him and frank de boer is coming in the summer in frank we trust.

Ross1990, i like you think gary rowatt would be a decent shout for head coach but i'd like to mention imo a very good choice for head coach, garry monk the leeds utd manager! Monk is a terrific young coach already with experience!

Appreciate that Barry is the manager of Clyde but u only get one chance at a club like Rangers and I think he would jump at it. There would need to be the carrot for both him and Big Eck that if they did well they would get the job on a permanent basis. Only my opinion but I would rather Rangers men coming in and don't think the De Boers are viable options if we have no transfer kitty.
