Do you's reckon we'll see any changes for tonights game? I'd give Alnwick, bates and dodoo a chance at the very least and definitely get shot of halliday and kiernan. Possibly two of the worst players I've ever seen at the club. Also there must be one or two of murtys under 20s squad that would do a better job than the current mob? Thoughts bears?

Have seen the 20s a few times and been inpressed with ashmore and barjonas who both play middle of the park also agree bates and dodoo should be given a run! Trouble being is it fair to throw the youngsters into a team lacking any leadership!? Ok bleeding one or two!

Think we should drop mackay he looks like he's given up again! Think the pressure gets to him at times!
Seen the provisional squad for tonight no surprises in it so other than Houston none of youngster will play!
Center backs in squad are keirnan wilson and senderos obviously hill is injured! I wouldn't play keirnan again so think its got to be senderos and wilson

Totally agree with your post Dunoon but have a horrible feeling we will end up with the same (or almost) bunch of gutless clowns as last week supposedly on the basis of"putting things right". The trouble with that for me is players like Kiernan, Halliday and most of the others can't put it right as they are simply not good enough and worse than that they can't even make up for their lack of ability by fighting and scrapping for every ball. Nic I appreciate your point about young lads like Ashmore and Bar jonas and it may be unfair to them to be expected to improve our recent poor showings but surely they can't be any worse than most of the current midfield and surely they would fight to play and stay in the team. Like I say though I don't think Murty is particularly ruthless and won't want to upset players in the squad who do a lot of their talking off the park (e. g. Halliday I'd guess) and so it'll be most of the usual suspects playing despite few of them deserving the chance.

Nic 861, spot on Mckay should be dropped, right now we need players who really need to show they are willing to stand up and dig in when required and he most certainly does not have that. always unwilling to go into anything that could be 50/ 50.

Would love to see changes like Dodoo and Bates given chances. Inconsistent as he is I don't think McKay should be dropped though, he's one of the few players we've got good enough to change a game and will only improve if we give him regular first team action.

Cant you see mckays development is being hindered by playing in a very poor team! Its only my opinion but he looks like he's not interested and I think its down to poor man management he should have been dropped before when his form dipped, he is thought of as our star player and the expectations of some fans have taken there toll on him he needs the coach to put an arm around him and tell him he has a great future ahead of him and give him a week off get hiso head cleared take some pressure off and let him enjoy his football when he comes back in! Young players in particular find it hard when there low on confidence, and him playing every week and churning out poor performance is helping no one!

Ok I was Just wondering what would happen if the all the players who are not performing were replaced with youth players?

How many players would it take before we were accused of fielding a weakened team.

I bet other teams would use this against us
