If we do bring in Abella then I think we should sell Tav. Abella looks like an attacking Wing Back in same mould as Tav except better! But what's the ppint in having 2 attacking full backs? I know we want 2 quality players challenging for positions but Hodson offers a change if needed and i'm still aware of our finances and Tav is a million quid sitting there. It has gone quiet regarding Abella so maybe our back line is set. Just a Winger and for our new DOF to inform us of any youngsters Man City were looking at and for us to build a group of players for the Colt Team.

Agree with most of your points.

Tav £1m but? After the season he's had, we'd be lucky to get rid of him.

RB is predominently a defensive position. He cannot defend and his positioning is embarassing.

Get tav punted. Lost count to how many times he was at fault for us conceeding

Thing is more teams now want their full backs to bomb up the wings which I do like to see but you must have not only good CH's but players on the pitch that will be able to cover that area if tge full back is caught in opposition half! Yeah the player must track back but if he's been told to attack down the wings in support of the midfireld then the team must be wel drilled.
Tav IS a 1m player and a team in English Championship should take him.

You end find teams that have attacking full backs start with 3 recognised centre halfs.

A reckon it would work with the 2 portuguese lads an jack dropping in behind to cover and allow the full backs to push against weaker teams. Ad want an extra defensive player against the more dangerous opposition though.

If the rumours are true about porto's Layun. ad bite your hand off for him and use tav as a utility man. Just IMO but

Believe it or not, Kenny Miller had the most assists last season at 7, along with being top goalscorer at 11.
