It's in the Scottish Sun and has been on Sky sports. It's apparently about the first scorer having taken a banned substance (asmtha prevention medication) for his previous club.

He was drug tested and found positive for banned substance in May. He has an upcoming hearing regarding it however Niederkorn are adamant that they had permission for the player to play. Even if it's the case we were beaten fair and square. We're not Celtic who seek out any loophole to exploit after being defeated.

There would be no point in getting through on a technicality. Would just get pumped off the next team. We ain't ready for europe. Luckily the new season is 4 weeks away!

Good thing is all i'm seeing is fans say we got pumped and we know it, it would be a shame for progres not to go through as we know it would be massive for them, we just have to dust ourselves off and crack on, we have to now really get behind the team no matter at the minute how hard that is, just look at twitter tic meltdown that's gave me the bit between my teeth to be 100 percent behind my club

speaking of eligible player thought in the first game there defender got two yellow cards but ref forgot to send him off and he was playing last night how does that make any sense?

Would have no problem getting through if there was a contravention of the rules, some people think Rangers are above accepting a reprieve, I would find us turning down the offer more embarrassing.
