Does anyone in know if our pay structure has increased in line with inflation, was it considered or has it stayed the same.

Was just coming on to ask the same type of thing. I thought we had a pay cap. Numbers am seeing like 45k is way above what I thought it was. Living within our means was the way to go not huge wage packets for player who aren't even performing.

Do we think it should be increased in line with inflation, otherwise I suppose its a real terms pay cut like most of us have had to absorb along with the extra Scottish tax. On the back of that is that a consideration for players moving from Eng to Sco in terms of tax.

Some would argue that football players earn enough without a cost of living increase, my view is different. I want to see the best players available at Rangers and if that means paying more so be it so long as the club can sustain the costs. One question in terms of the Scottish Tax situation, if your main domicile is still England or for an overseas player you decide to live in England and commute to work which tax system do you fall under.
The ridiculous Taxation System in Scotland is one reason why I personally would not live North of the Border.
