American midfielder Emerson Hyndman from Bournemouth the latest rumour. If this and Toral are true interesting that Warbs see midfield as main issue and not defence or cf.

Problem is that they are both attacking midfield players and his main problem in midfield is a Holding Midfield Player / Defensive Midfield Player!

Don't we have more clean sheets than goals so far this season? People always critise the defence and yet the only person who can score in our team is miller and most of our assists come from wing backs or Mckay.

TOMUSA your spot on the only way to judge a defence is by the goals they concede ours is as good as any in our league our problem is we don't score enough goals we are about on par with St Johnston almost half of what Celtic have scored teams don't fear us in that department they can push forward against us knowing we struggle to punish them so for me hard running midfielders are a must guys who can get in the box to support our striker we need guys who can get close to Garner he is winning balls in the air with not a soul near him so for me defence is fine for now we just need more goals

Imo Gardner has just been a waste of well needed money we could have spent on 2 or 3 players if MW Wanted somebody there just to push defenders about or try should i say he could of got a non leauge player or a Sunday pub team player to do that for nothing, what a waste of money, keeping his family happy signing there if you ask me lol

If that's true it's a shocker. We must not have any decent youth players if he's going out and getting players like that. Rodgers has been there 6 month's and I'd say he's played more young players than Warburton has in a year and a half. Better off closing the academy down if we're not producing better options than a guy who hasn't kicked a ball in 6 month's.

Its a lot easier to field youngsters when you are running away with the league and unbeaten.
I'm sure if the ball was on our foot then we'd be bleeding in more players too.

Camoo we run away with league last year and we didn't blood any youngsters. There must be someone in the youth team that is ready for a run in the first team.

Osman would have been a good signing 10 years ago but not now! He is well past his sell by date and if he had been any good whatsoever then he would have had a club before now. He was running on empty before he left Everton and as Punter says, it would take him the rest of the season to get match fit.
I will be surprised but delighted however if we secure Hourihane!

Gone go against the grain but I really like osman think he's a cracking player and can control a game. He can pass, score isn't afraid to put a foot in n has a bit of experience hopefully he's been training hard n could slot straight in!

If the rumours are true that MW isn't allowed to offer Miller and Hill new one year contracts because of uncertainty over his future I'd be shocked if he was then allowed to spend £20k+ wages on Jelavic. Having said that, I'd love it if this happened. Proper striker.

Interesting that you think that what I suggested is complete nonsense and that the business doesn't work like that at all. I'm not for a minute suggesting that berahino is on the way to Glasgow but the theory I suggested was one from superagent Jon Smith (a man who i'd imagine knows how the business works better than you ed)

Yeah I've heard this too, could actually be a shred of truth in it. We'd get the player for around 4-500k whereas he'd command a fee of around £20m from another eng premier team. However, he would only join us on the basis that we put in a £10m release clause in his contract. That means his next employer from eng prem would be getting a bargain and would enhance his personal terms plus we would no doubt have to give him or an agent a large chunk of the £10m fee we recieved. That being said berahino for 1/ 2 or a full season followed by a healthy chunk of a £10m transfer fee ain't bad business at all.

Rumour made up on fake Twitter account to take in gullible punters. Let's be realistic, the boys been angling for a move from WBA in last few windows because club and contract not big enough. Hardly going to take a pay reduction to come to Scotland! M.
