Ugly win yesterday - great to have 3 points though My thoughts are:
Much work to do - Ross County, bottom of league, dominated 30 mins of 2nd half
Our fitness and strength conditioning needs significantly improved
Bruno is immense
We need a leader on the park - 2nd half lacked leadership in mid field
Sutton is supposed to be neutral- what a complete tosser.

Ugly win?
Have to say that I thought we were all over them for the first 45 minutes and should have been 3 or 4 up at half time.
2nd half we were under the cosh a fair bit but I never thought we were in danger of losing the match.
As for Sutton. who cares. he earn his money be being controversial and everyone responds to it. ignore him

Fod mate, you really need to realise that your stress level ain't going to change the world. The entire Rangers family needs positivity right now from all corners. I truly believe we have the best squad since going down, next season even better hopefully, but for now we have to show Scottish football our twelfth man

Gram what can I say to you about my stress level, no wonder i'm stressed out. The amount of nutters still thinking its going to be alright and things will come together soon is unreal. don't worry carlos pena will be the mexican neymar and we can sell him for £200 million after he wins us the treble and qualifies us for champions league next year.

Get Herrera and Pena on a military fitness training camp for 2 weeks- don't come back until they are fit to play for our club

Result better than the performance yesterday- Will take 3 points.
5 Lessons learned
We were very lucky, need to tighten up at back
Wes in danger of being nicknamed Dracula - terrified of crosses
Herrera - seen milk turn quicker- need to give him service if he has any chance of scoring
Our fitness was better- lasted 90 mins
We would have drawn/ lost that game last season
With the cash from Waggy, need to get a striker on board ASAP. Hibs game will be a cracker- looking forward to a packed Ibrox!

I am 100% behind our club, re building a full team takes time - we have made it more difficult by integrating different cultures and languages.
My issue is with Pedro - is it just me that thinks every time he opens his mouth he talks s***? that's what I think the problem is. Walter had it spot on- just win football matches- find a way Pedro!

Dave King sold one of his US companies a few months back and packeted £8m cash. No proof, however, could be the cash underwriting the player purchases in addition to ST monies. Great start with a few more to come- good centre forward and we will be in good shape for next season -cant wait!

Warburton will be in for his teachers pets in summer. McKay, Tav, Kiernan (please please please) and possibly Waggy. Give McKay a good deal and log him to Forrest for £4m cash with 12% sell on. Wont forget McKay pulling out of 60/ 40 tackles and coming off pitch having not worked up a sweat.

DK did raise £7m+ recently from selling one of his companies in New York.
Don't want to speculate, however, he is sitting on a cash pile at the moment.

We have loads of new players. Hope someone is double checking all registration docs/ permits are in place etc.
Game against St Johnstone will give us a better idea of how we will set up against Progress. can't wait!
