I know he missed a last gasp chance but this is in no way the reason for my post but I fail to see what Grezda actually brings to the team. He may just lack confidence and familiarity with his team-mates but I feel we have wasted money that could have been spent elsewhere. However I genuinely hope he proves me wrong in the weeks to come.

Give the boy some time for godsake! He's barely kicked a ball for us and your slating him already. All of Gerrards signings so far have been decent so I see no reason why he won't come good. If he gets a chance at hampden on a nice big pitch I think we'll see a better player.
Let's not be negative about tonight. Yes we could of won the game but did we honestly think at the start of the season that we would even be in the europa league group stage? Let alone joint top of the group after the half way mark. Things are looking good. Onwards to the semi final now!

I’m not slating Grezda and completely understand it’s early days but when Kent arrived you could see he was a bag of tricks and Ejaria had a fantastic touch but I’ve not seen Grezda try to beat a man and in his previous appearances he was finding himself in positions beside other players and to me looked lost.
For the avoidance of any doubt I wish the lad all the best and support him whenever he pulls on the jersey but this is just my opinion.

How much has he played? About half an hour. He’s been injured for months. Ye it looked like a poor choice to bring him on as he was miles off the pace but I’m sure he’ll come good. Only Sadiq has failed to impress out of 15 signings.

Well that's us qualified for the Group stages now.
So where is Kent? SG has said the deal is dead but a few on here were saying that it WOULD happen if we were successful in qualifying. How long till he signs.

I feel sorry for all the Rangers fans that turned up today where the team DIDN'T.
Really poor display.
Too many times players occupying the same space and countless balls being put into the box with only one attacker there to win it! Nobody took the game by the throat and decided to have a strike from outside the box. We were completely devoid of ideas unfortunately.
Need to regroup, watch the game again as a team and learn from our mistakes as the journey continues.

Why are there guys on here pointing towards the formation being the reason we only got a draw? It was 2 set pieces and a double slip from Goldson and McGregor that cost us goals. Formation had nothing to do with the set piece strikes.
If anything, the formation brought us 3 goals after being behind twice.
We lost the last goal due to being too deep and inviting big physical guys into our goal area was thus negating our forward players and not being able to get the ball down and retain possession.

If we played the same system we have been playing, we would have dominated the match. Motherwell wouldn't have been in the positions they got into! The wouldn't have had us pegged back for most of second half building constant pressure that resulted in them grabbing the equaliser! But hey move on to next game and learn from it. Only my opinion but we seemed to be building a team for the pressing game that we adopted and I hope we revert back to it as it suits us better #letsgo.

If we'd played the formation and style we'd been using up till now we would have had a better grip on the game and wouldn't have conceded as many. Might not have scored the 3 we did either so mute point. We had to try that fomation out as on paper we have the players to do it and it keeps thing fresh going into a busy week. Sure we'll revert to the 4 3 3. Hopefully we get this winger, add a back up centre back and we're fit to fight.

Can’t believe there are guys on here thinking we have better than Kent in that position. With regards to no EPL team coming in for him, Jones was on a free and an International player and yet nobody was clambering over themselves to get him.
Don’t think Murphy has what Kent has either.
Kent was young player of year for a reason last year.

I’m baffled as to why Ojo is held in such high regard at Liverpool. He was also found wanting today. I would gladly take Kent instead of him any day. At least Kent was up for the fight.

Davis is very neat and tidy and that is due to age and experience. However Defoe has, so far, failed to live up to expectations but i personally have doubts Hardie can do any better due to Jermaines experience.

There really is no pleasing some folk on here.
We completely dominated a team the on Sunday pumped Celtic and who are full of confidence. We hammered them tonight and gave them the runaround both with and without the ball.
In another day that result would be a complete annihilation.
We are still trying to find our feet as a team and only half way through the season.
This is the best position we’ve been in for years. Just enjoy it.
