Reports are that we are close to completing the deal for Ianis Hagi. 4-5 million pound deal. Dear Mr Tim, how can this be possible?

C_of_Ibrox

1.) 22 Apr 2020 20:40:28
COI. Hope it happens. Just watch yir eggs in that basket bud.

2.) 22 Apr 2020 22:24:36
It won’t happen because you can’t afford him. I wouldn’t mind because he is not worth the asking transfer fee. He is posted missing at away games on tight pitches.
Hagi Snr said “there has been no discussion between Rangers and Genk. It is static and there is no movement.
It seems your report knows more than his dad.

3.) 22 Apr 2020 23:58:14
Off. Thought i made a mistake and went onto a celtic page. Nope its definitely a rangers page. Could never 4gove myself for going to a smelly page!

4.) 23 Apr 2020 08:54:48
Thanks for keeping us informed buzz, Much appreciated 😁.

5.) 23 Apr 2020 09:01:37
But as always, the Tims know better than everyone. You even know what our players fathers are saying. Is it really any wonder Rangers fans say you lot are obsessed?

6.) 23 Apr 2020 13:38:35
News on Rangers provides an alternative to a Girlfriend or even Babestation for auld Buzzy. We shouldn’t mock the afflicted but he makes it easy.

7.) 23 Apr 2020 20:06:42
Buzz Bomb, why would there be any contact between Rangers and Genk? The deals arranged already he is in loan until end of season with Rangers having the option to buy him at the end for an agreed price.
Nobody knows when season will end so why would we be trying to conclude the transfer?
There’s no actual news so this is just speculation.
The only facts are Rangers have the option to buy regardless of what Genk want to do and the player himself says he loves playing at Ibrox, loves being a Rangers player, likes his teammates, thinks his manager is a top coach and he liked living in the City.
It’s up to Rangers to decide what happens now .

8.) 24 Apr 2020 11:21:17
But Leon heard it on his Aunties radio that Hagis granny said the move is a no go as Rangers are 5 gazillion in debt and Slazenger are making our new kits.

9.) 24 Apr 2020 12:02:56
Buzz, first we can't afford him, then he is not worth it.

25 Mar 2020 11:26:57
Have any of you lads heard the stories of the authorities cancelling the transfer window? That could have massive impact on us.

C_of_Ibrox

1.) 25 Mar 2020 12:40:15
I can't see that being true. Players out of contract in June would be left with no clubs and no chance to work?

2.) 25 Mar 2020 13:44:33
Tupacman if they become out of contract they would be free agents and can therefore sign with a club at any point.

3.) 25 Mar 2020 14:20:37
They are talking about having a 7 month transfer window from what I read earlier, could be good/ bad but I think we need to focus on just now and not the later. Stay safe folks.

4.) 25 Mar 2020 16:26:00
Doesn't make sense when the world is trying to limit movement.

5.) 25 Mar 2020 20:21:45
They are talking about extending summer window all the what through to January window. According to sky.
Relax folks.

6.) 27 Mar 2020 09:19:34
There is talk of out of contract players having their contract extended to end of current season whenever that may be. Loan deals separate as it’s agreement between 2 clubs rather than player and club do you could have some being recalled and others extending to end of season which seems bizarre surely all have to go back on June 30th or all have to be extended till end of season.
Also heard interesting fact regarding players out of contract on June 30th apparently clubs have option to extend by a month under TUPE regulations. Basically the date was put in by clubs to avoid paying unwanted players over summer break but clubs always had the option of extending by a further month if they wanted so nothing would need to be agreed with UEFA or anyone to extend these by a month. This was according to Simon Jordan on talksport the other day, he knows his rubbish tbf the former Palace chairman is a smart cookie on football business matters.

06 Nov 2019 07:41:45
Apparently there has been contact with St Mirren for goalkeeper Hladky. I have been impressed by him when we have played them. He could be useful!

C_of_Ibrox

1.) 06 Nov 2019 10:59:38
wes on his way then?

2.) 06 Nov 2019 11:15:38
Ivlark Wes out of contract, won't be renewed.

3.) 06 Nov 2019 13:04:26
Work with a st mirren fan and he raves about Hladky. Not seen much of him myself and I suppose the guy doesn’t have much else to rave about.

4.) 06 Nov 2019 14:23:24
I prefer the guy Rudd at pne we were linked with last week.

5.) 08 Nov 2019 10:41:09
Rudd ok good keeper stay in Preston few one fans say he's prone to odd mistake.

14 Oct 2019 23:23:13
Few media platforms suggesting Ross Wilson already has his sights set on pushing through a 2 million deal for Aaron Hickey. Already like the sound of this guy. 👏.

C_of_Ibrox

1.) 15 Oct 2019 01:36:23
I think Hickey could turn into some player only 17 years old as well. It would certainly be a great start for Ross Wilson.

2.) 15 Oct 2019 07:23:35
Not heard of him is he any good? Where does he play?

3.) 15 Oct 2019 09:20:00
17 year old left back at hearts, a lot off money for a boy to sit on bench, he has potential.

4.) 15 Oct 2019 09:21:12
Why would that be a great start for Ross Wilson? Anyone can see that the boy has potential so it’s not as if he’s found this player we haven’t heard of before playing somewhere abroad or whatever. I’m pretty sure that Gerrard and the staff already there will know about the player and incidentally is worth nowhere near that £2m that’s getting quoted.

5.) 15 Oct 2019 09:28:19
Correct rick👍.

6.) 15 Oct 2019 10:29:42
Massive potential so I think It would be a great start. Wouldn't let Hearts bend us over for money right enough. There will be a tussle when money gets put on the table for the lad. He's a Tim, does it matter? Will leave that for another day lol.

7.) 15 Oct 2019 12:16:15
Rick: Hickey is one of the highest rated young players in Europe, and the fact we are in the chase is a good thing, yet you seem to see it as a negative? Let's be honest here, the chances of you being in charge of recruitment are fortunately ZERO.

8.) 15 Oct 2019 12:31:34
Souness rick's point is simply that everyone knows hickey's potential and ross wilson picking him out isn't exactly a find, which was the point that C had originally made. He was not being negative towards hickey at all. You just made it sound negative to suit your blinkered agenda. Learn to read. 👍.

9.) 15 Oct 2019 13:22:14
Where in my original point did I say Ross Wilson "picked him out"? And you have the brass neck to tell people to learn to read lol talking about blinkered agendas? The only person that seems to have an agenda is you. Against our best players and fellow fans. Are you Tam Calderwood from Clydebank?

10.) 15 Oct 2019 13:22:21
The young lad Hickey could turn out to be a real player, But is it or would it be worth a gamble if the price being quoted is 2 Million, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇺👍.

11.) 15 Oct 2019 13:52:18
Would love to hear Coldo and Rick Witter's plans for recruitment - you sound like you think you have an ear to the ground when it comes to football talent guys, come on, enlighten us with a list on wonderkids.

12.) 15 Oct 2019 13:55:05
You like the sound of wilson because he is going after hickey, so if I read that correctly then that means wilson has picked him out as a signing for us C, does it not? Rick said that everyone knows about hickey's potential and that he meant that wilson picking him out is not a find. Souness said that rick was being negative towards hickey. I was explaining to souness what rick meant in regards to your original post.

13.) 15 Oct 2019 14:12:40
Souness, just about every single reader of these pages has laughed at Tam Calderwoods comments on players in our team. He cannot be taken seriously anymore. You ever noticed he never posts his own opinion on things. Tam only comments on other people's posts.

14.) 15 Oct 2019 14:15:09
2 million is nothing anyway it’s a bargain tbh. He’s brilliant at spotting talent Ross Wilson and I didn’t say anyone didn’t know anything about him already.

15.) 15 Oct 2019 14:20:51
Again souness no one is disagreeing that hickey is not a talent, you've completely misread ricks point. 👍.

16.) 15 Oct 2019 14:20:58
Well Tam, you better get on the fone to all the other media platforms that are using similar language and preach to them whatever it is you are trying to get at. I have said weeks ago that I liked the boy Hickey and he was linked to Southampton through Wilson. In the words of Hugh Keevins, "Tam, what's the point you are trying to make here? "

17.) 15 Oct 2019 14:31:46
Maybe he was after hickey at southampton before joining the gers and now he wants the lad to play for us instead. Just a thought.

18.) 15 Oct 2019 15:04:15
To much like common sense Yogi mate lol.

19.) 15 Oct 2019 21:02:27
Lot of talk here about hickey and our academy. Five off our boys played for under 19s who beat Germany with mcpake scoring.
Best two players on park ch from Hamilton accies worth watching.
Mom James maxwell our left back, so why spend two million on hickey when we have very good potential in our own academy.

20.) 16 Oct 2019 10:33:20
NOW NOW CHILDREN 😂.

21.) 16 Oct 2019 13:55:37
Wilson has had the boy followed while at Southampton. Who cares if wilson has found him or he is widely known. Just happy we are mentioned regarding promising scottish talent. Shows that we are planning for not just the next season but 3 even 5 seasons ahead. I personally would sign him and leave him at hearts for next 18 months. Let them bring him on for us.

14 Oct 2019 16:36:07
I see we are looking at making Ojos contract a permanent one. Will make a few on here blow a fuse 😂.

C_of_Ibrox

1.) 14 Oct 2019 16:52:32
Surely not?!?! Wouldn’t say he’s set the heather on fire since he arrived. Wonder how much Liverpool value him?

2.) 14 Oct 2019 17:31:38
What about this 5 year contract? Could you be talking fantasy again C🤔😂😂.

3.) 14 Oct 2019 19:02:10
Coldo, reported in mail and mirror sun. Says Liverpool have decided he won’t make grade and has been offered Rogers.
Should make your day.

4.) 14 Oct 2019 19:05:56
Stuff online about it. If it's true somebody better fone Rangers and tell them coldo said he's hopeless lol.

5.) 14 Oct 2019 19:34:37
Don't worry John, when Coldo says somebody is mince they are usually a candidate for the Ballon dór within a few months lol.

6.) 14 Oct 2019 19:55:11
Probably Liverpool will want him of books😭🇬🇧.

7.) 14 Oct 2019 20:09:31
Lol cof ibrox. All about opinions.

8.) 14 Oct 2019 20:27:51
Coldo has phoned big klopp n told him ojo is pish haha. Seriously tho, wouldn't want to spend much on him if its true.

9.) 14 Oct 2019 22:34:03
He is very frustrating. You can definitely see the talent is there. Think he can become a big player for us.

10.) 14 Oct 2019 23:15:47
Even klopp knows ojo is pish😂😂😂👍.

11.) 15 Oct 2019 07:22:08
Took kent a bit of time to settle i think he has shown glimpses of quality. If he is going cheap then i would take a risk and by cheap i mean 2mil at most. can't see Liverpool selling at that though.

12.) 15 Oct 2019 08:52:31
His goal and assist tally is already about what Kent got for whole season and we are only in October .
The boy has talent, just not at Liverpool's level, or likely ever will.
is he worth picking up? sure if price is right.

13.) 15 Oct 2019 09:22:44
It was only last week that the blinkered were using the 5 year contract as leverage to prove ohno is better than kent. Now it turns out that liverpool regret giving ohno a 5 year contract. Comedy gold lads😂👍.

14.) 15 Oct 2019 09:38:50
Apparently gerrard wants ohno on a permanent deal so he can drop him🤷‍♂️🤣👍.

15.) 15 Oct 2019 10:27:13
Liverpool would have offered him a contract to up his value in order to sell him. Is that hard to understand? It happens all the time. I haven't seen anybody here say Kent is better than Ojo. 2 million would be decent value for a good player. Liverpool would be looking for at least double that I would imagine.

16.) 15 Oct 2019 10:26:07
I'm 100% with coldo on this don't rate him one bit.

17.) 15 Oct 2019 10:53:47
So C you say liverpool gave him a new contract to up his value and in the same breath you say liverpool would be looking for at least 4mil. Do you realise how ridiculous that sounds? We paid 7mil for kent yet you value the superstar ohno at nearly half the value of kent. Is that hard to understand you asked- eh aye🤦‍♂️😂😂👍.

18.) 15 Oct 2019 12:38:29
What sounds ridiculous about it? Like I have told you before, your player opinion is tripe. You have continually slated our best players and even wanted Morelos sold. Your comments are laughable. Can we have it in black and white that you think Ojo is useless. Then when you do your 3 to 4 monthly back tracking you won't say I told you so and so made him change his attitude blah blah blah. You should go round each and everyone of the players in our team and tell us all how poor they are. We will win the league at a canter when the curse of coldo is bestowed on them.

19.) 15 Oct 2019 13:04:25
Aye coldo, why don't you start talking up more of their players and slag off more of ours? The league would be a stick on for us 😁 👍.

20.) 15 Oct 2019 13:05:38
You are mumbling nonsense c. You said that they gave him a contract to up his value but then you value him at 4mil. His contract will be worth more than that. that's why its ridiculous. You said he is better than kent but value him 50% less than kent. that's why its ridiculous. And FYI I was 100% spot on regarding morelos. If morelos was the same morelos as last year he wouldn't be in the team. 🤷‍♂️👍.

21.) 15 Oct 2019 13:16:22
Only slag off the one's that don't pull their weight seeker, that's why the multi million pound superstar mckay got it tight. 😁👍.

22.) 15 Oct 2019 13:46:56
I notice you never gave it tight to a certain Mr Lafferty, coldo 👍.

23.) 15 Oct 2019 14:22:05
Seeker, if he did, Lafferty would still be here banging them in lol.

24.) 15 Oct 2019 14:23:05
Never got a chance seeker, he only got 10mins here and there. 👍.

25.) 15 Oct 2019 14:53:08
A lot to do with his attitude, coldo, as well as just simply being pish I suspect 👍.

Am I the only person that thought a dossier stayed under the bridge next to Asda and stops you now and then looking for a few bob? Think Mick but not quite as mocket!

C_of_Ibrox

04 May 2020 16:11:58
With all the people supposedly in the know I am surprised that not one single person mentioned Castore. Even the font of Sevco knowledge Leon didn't even see this coming.

C_of_Ibrox

1.) 05 May 2020 09:24:37
Aye but Ashley is a shareholder! You couldn't make it up.

13 Apr 2020 13:25:28
Ed, can we have a poll on most obsessive Tim of the year. Options are Leon aka Buzz, Gazo, philtim88, jamesboyhail or other.

C_of_Ibrox

{Ed033's Note -

obsessive Tim poll

1.) 13 Apr 2020 13:41:59
Nice one ed. A like your little addition. Forgot about him 🤣.

2.) 13 Apr 2020 13:43:38
C of ibrox, buzz gets my vote, he is never off this site, he is here more often than the edds. he never or rarely posts on the celtic rumours site. i'm wondering if we have turned him, buzz, what team do you support?

3.) 13 Apr 2020 14:37:00
poor buzz more to be pitied than scolded i can assure you.

4.) 13 Apr 2020 14:45:09
U on the celtic site paul
Tut tut 😂.

5.) 13 Apr 2020 15:06:10
I tend to agree with you Paulellen,
buzz bomb is never off these pages 😂. By the way i've got news for buzz bomb so read up and weep my celtic friend. I know he'll read this as he's on our pages constantly.

Buzz Bomb, for the record new balance are the new rangers kit manufacturers and will replace current kit makers hummel and will make our kit whenever we get clearance to start the new season after we hopefully get this terrible virus under control and stop people tragically losing their lifes. Yes buzz bomb that boston sportswear brand who were formed by irishmen who wouldn't go near rangers 😂😂. Aye right so put that in your pipe and smoke it and i did tell you business is business!

6.) 13 Apr 2020 15:38:48
I voted for Buzz too Paul. Then I withdrew my vote and will take 28 days to think about it.

7.) 13 Apr 2020 16:34:36
Brilliant c of . only prob is this site is not as corrupt and once you vote is cast it cannot be changed . eh like all the voting procedures I gave ever known . apart from one . ridiculous.

8.) 13 Apr 2020 16:36:15
It was a difficult vote between Leon and Phil but after Phil's proclamation on the Monday that he wouldn't be back on here only for his obsession to get the better of him and he returned by Good Friday it was Philtim all day long. 👍😂.

9.) 13 Apr 2020 16:58:40
Pmsl lads. I am actually glad they pop in. They are good for a laugh if nothing else!

10.) 13 Apr 2020 18:05:11
You can withdraw your vote but no one else can and we are declaring the result.

11.) 13 Apr 2020 19:29:38
Apparently Phil voted for Leon.
Leon voted for himself.
Gazo is currently writing a 10 page paragraph reply why he isn't obsessed.
Jamesbhoy has tied his hands together to stop him replying to kid on he isn't obsessed.
The others all voted for Leon!

12.) 13 Apr 2020 20:15:55
So there was me having yet another virtual beer with the Trackie and my ex Pacific Shelf pals when the discussion turned to the big vote. None of them could believe that Timalloy was not listed as a front-runner and all wanted to bet me £500 each that philtim88 will finish ahead of Leon. Fools and their money eh! 🤣🤣.

13.) 13 Apr 2020 17:24:24
Brilliant. I feel honoured to be nominated. I'd like to thank my agent.

Can we have another one who uses the term "Obsessed" the most Ed? :)

14.) 13 Apr 2020 20:40:10
Leon voted for buzz. 😂😂.

15.) 14 Apr 2020 08:04:48
Gazo, while I personally didn't vote for you I had high hopes for you. Quite surprised by your poor backing.

16.) 14 Apr 2020 08:06:55
My daughter voted for Buzz Bomb on the banter page and I voted for Phil on the polls page. It’s been an honour to be considered and I would like to thank C of Ibrox for all his efforts in setting up the poll in the first place.

17.) 14 Apr 2020 10:13:46
Not a problem young man!

12 Apr 2020 23:01:25
Here's something I don't understand lads. How can a club get punished for criticising a referee but the SPFL/ SFA have been accused of corruption and have done nothing?

C_of_Ibrox

1.) 12 Apr 2020 23:48:17
C of Ibrox, the clue is in your post - "accused". There not guilty.

2.) 13 Apr 2020 01:48:16
Maybe because there is no corruption.

3.) 13 Apr 2020 08:30:05
The point is that if Gerrard accused a ref of incompetence then he would be fined and censured even with the TV proving him correct. We are accusing the governing body of corruption and nothing.

4.) 13 Apr 2020 09:53:54
No corruption? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

5.) 13 Apr 2020 10:25:10
the seeker suit stuck, one track brain corruption, the three of you can't see in front of your noses or your impartiality.

6.) 13 Apr 2020 10:58:54
Here’s something else I don’t understand lads, how can a club break registration rules for almost every player over an 11 year period because they refused to declare extra payments on their players salaries, get it keep 5 titles and 10 cups won over this period. That’s 15 tainted domestic honours which surely must be scrapped from the history books on the grounds of maintaining sporting integrity?

7.) 13 Apr 2020 11:14:41
No corruption lol that's a belter!

8.) 13 Apr 2020 11:35:13
Surely you can't have based your corruption claims on Dundee lying to Partick and ICT?

9.) 13 Apr 2020 12:31:38
old buzzbomb must be on the old laptop 24 hours a day, i think with his info on the gers financial side and past history he must get the mhank troll of the year award.

10.) 13 Apr 2020 13:22:15
No, Suit, it's based on the SPFL lying and bullying the smaller clubs into accepting the proposal with false claims it was the only way they would get this season's prize money.
There was another option - they could apply for interest free loans from the SPFL based on their current league positions. This wasn't put to the smaller clubs.
The real reason the proposal was being pushed through was to hand Celtic an unearned tainted title. 👍.

11.) 13 Apr 2020 14:13:40
Buzz, i see the police are getting involved with this voting carry on, do you think big pete will be spoken to. also what's your take on adidas, can't pay there debt to man utd, are they your clubs new kit sponsor?

12.) 13 Apr 2020 14:24:23
simple Buzz Bomb. the tax tribunal and the judge only allowed proceedings to advance on the directors payments only! the inland rev had to go to court to get a ruling to bring everything back in. rangers did nothing wrong. followed revenue rules. which is challengeable believe it or not. I do, cause I worked in that office.

13.) 13 Apr 2020 18:39:12
That ruling only changed recently because it wasn’t that long ago they were chasing the players to pay the loans back, that is why Barry Ferguson went into bankruptcy.

Years after the players retired. It doesn’t take away from the fact that Rangers would not have been able to afford the players they signed. Klos had the biggest salary of any goalkeeper in Europe and he played in Scotland.

The fact was Sir David Murray refused to downsize when Celtic started spending big money for the first time when Martin O’Neill came. To say Rangers done nothing wrong is also plain wrong.

It took Rangers several years to start highlighting the extra payments in their annual accounts. If they were doing nothing wrong then why were they hiding the extra payments. The 15 tainted honours should be stripped.

14.) 14 Apr 2020 08:15:32
Buzz bomb, don't you tell me rangers have tainted titles that should be stripped from us, there are clubs that won tittles under far worst condition than ours, fact. do you think they should also be stripped of titles, at least we can say we done it for money, eh.

11 Apr 2020 20:39:18
When this cheating is uncovered what will the punishment be? A dodgey vote could only have been to benefit one club.

C_of_Ibrox

1.) 11 Apr 2020 21:11:35
Interesting fact. The legal adviser who Rangers are demanding stand down once worked for Celtics legal firm Harper Macleod and is a very good friend of Peter Lawwell. Also, this guy was involved in gathering evidence in Rangers use of EBTs. Isn't there a conflict of interest there? There are a few people who are going to have a very restless sleep tonight!

2.) 11 Apr 2020 21:17:49
Exactly. I say demote them to league below for next season.

3.) 11 Apr 2020 22:06:46
They better hope that nobody at their club is involved mate. You would like to think that 2012 has taught us that any wrong doing by any member club and all clubs would push most severe punishment available.

4.) 11 Apr 2020 22:19:05
Fourladshadadreams latest post is worth reading.

5.) 11 Apr 2020 22:32:03
C of Ibrox there is a flow chart on social media showing the level of connections to Celtic in and around SPL absolutely shocking how deep it goes.

6.) 11 Apr 2020 22:37:38
Problem being after 2012 you were never punished, what you suffered was the consequences of liquidation!

7.) 11 Apr 2020 22:44:01
I saw it earlier blue. That was some read grumpy. This is going to get interesting. Guys you need to go on fourladshadadream Twitter page and look for their blog on this.

8.) 12 Apr 2020 10:36:27
Lads I think the paranoia is affecting people's judgement here lol.

9.) 12 Apr 2020 10:58:33
Neil phones Peter at five minutes past five? What’s paranoid about that?

I really don't get what others see in Docherty. He is decent at the very most. Ferguson is a far better player than Docherty and is doing it week in, week out at Aberdeen. An Aberdeen team that's been 3rd best team in this league for years now. Docherty couldn't break into a poor Pedro Caixinha team. All about opinion I suppose!

I would have Ferguson over both. Docherty has done nothing when given a chance. McCrorie I do like to be fair but from the games I have seen from Ferguson I think he is the better player.

If you have any doubts look back at every game he has played against us for Aberdeen. Tough one tho. I can see both sides of this one. I like Ferguson but at what cost. The sheep will try and milk it dry!

There was talk of her coming before. I think she is a bluenose too. I know some folk don't think it matters. I think its essential!

I think it 100% matters who wears the arm band. Players need someone to look to when its not going our way. Agree with you though on Tav. His form was up and down but he didn't deserve some of the $h¡+ he received!

I would probably hold onto Kamara. He is still very young and that breeds complacency. When he is playing well he looks fantastic. Can't really argue with any of the rest tho. I would add Barker to that list too!

Boycott then mate but for every away seat boycotted, there will be thousands of bears prepared to take that seat up to support our club.

The boycott brigade forget the premier clubs were without our cash for years. They learn to adapt. Yes it would hurt them but it would hurt us on the park even more.
