This weeks Transfer Rumour round up to Rangers: Kenny McLean from St. Mirren, Shaun Hutchinson from Motherwell, Federico Macheda from Manchester United and the best of all, quit the 1 up front tactic Ally, because he is in talks with none other than Kris Boyd and Kenny Miller who are setting both their leagues a light with goals! 5 good players that are more than likely to sign! Although unsure of Macheda, he may chose us over Celtic due to the fact he'll be starting every game.

GregRFC1872

{Ed039's Note - What a load of Football Manager nonsense. Yes Ally would like to sign these players, but in reality we wont be signing anyone)

1.) DAILY STAR MATE! Pinch of salt buddy

2.) Where's the money coming from to pay these guys? Macheda will be on £15k a week just now. Is he going to take a paycut to come up here.

Rangers Winter Transfer Window Targets: 23 year old Dundee United Captain and Centre Back Gavin Gunning from Dublin may end up signing a pre-contract with Rangers as his contract at Dundee United runs out at the end of the season and has been linked with a move to Rangers. 21 year old Scottish Centre Forward Marc McNulty of Livingston has a release clause in his contract and Ally McCoist will hope to trigger that and sign him up. 28 year old Cypriot, Right Midfielder, Athos Solomou has also been in talks with Rangers with his contract ending at the end of the season, McCoist is looking to sign a pre-contract deal here. 29 year old Scottish Attacking Midfielder Ryan Stevenson had visited Ibrox for the Rangers 6-1 match against Forfar Athletic and the 3-2 win over Arbroath has been linked with a move to Rangers with Heart of Midlothian needing to sell some of their players off so the club can manage it's debt and 30 year old Romanian Centre Back Gabriel TamaÈ™ who's contract with Doncaster Rovers runs out at the end of the season may also be signing a pre-contract and has already held talks with Rangers.

1.) Are you having a laugh. Are they going to be asked to take a 15% wage cut before they sign or will it be written into the contract that after 6 months the club reserve the right to cut your wages to suit the next financial crisis. I would be more concerned about keeping what you have and not going down the road of the old club.

2.) No being funny mate but you've basically just recited what we already know due to paper talk. Let's hope we ship out before we start acquiring new players.

3.) With being so far in front it should be young home grown players being tried rather than other teams cast offs

RANGERS will hold transfer talks with Cyprus international Athos Solomou next week, when the player and his agent arrive in Glasgow.

The APOEL Nicosia full-back, 28, is due to fly to Scotland to discuss a move to the League 1 leaders and is free to sign a pre-contract agreement, with his APOEL contract expiring in June. Rangers monitored Solomou, who has both Champions League and Europa League experience, throughout last year and most recently watched him in APOEL’s Europa League group match against Eintracht Frankfurt last month.

Ibrox officials will now hold face-to-face discussions with the player and his agent next week. They must decide whether to pay a transfer fee and sign Solomou immediately or agree a pre-contract for a summer move. Both parties will also discuss wages and contract terms.

Solomou is a versatile right-back who can also play on the right side of midfield and is a regular in the Cyprus international squad. He was involved in APOEL’s run to the Champions League quarter-finals in season 2011/12, where they were eliminated by Real Madrid.

He has played all of his career in Cyprus with Apollon Limassol and APOEL, winning both the domestic league and cup. After 11 years in his homeland, he is keen to move abroad and Rangers are favourites to secure his signature.

IN's: Only 2 solid rumours, heard on Christmas Eve Rangers might have beaten off interest from Celtic for Dundee United Captain Gavin Gunning due to the fact he WILL get first team football at Rangers when he joins. And also coming out in the papers this morning shows Ally McCoist would also be keen to sign Livingston Striker Marc McNulty.

OUT's: It looks quite likely that Graham Wallace will ask Ally McCoist to send out Emílson Cribari, Steven Smith, Richard Foster, Kyle Hutton, Kyle McAusland and Dean Shiels either on Loan or try and sell them to cut costs.

GregRFC1872

1.) INS: No one, we are skint.

OUTS:Backroom staff, other players, staff at Ibrox, anyone who doesn't take wage cut and possibly out will go our ground and triang ground. hows that sound?

2.) If any player cuts in January which we expect to happen then the first player out the door should be Ian Black, he showed on Thursday he wasn't interested and spent most the game moaning at his team mates especially big Moshni.

Wullie

3.) Yeah I agree, black is poor but he's not the only one. don't know why shiels & mckay haven't been given a chance? I don't think ally is able to bring out the best in some of the players who have proved themselves to be good players at previous clubs in the spl (templeton & shiels) perfect example! I keep hearing people saying the football is better than last season but let's be honest its still awful to watch!

{Ed039's Note - Shiels has had some bad injury problems)

4.) 28 Dec 2013 20:04:49
McNulty would be a good swap for Templeton

{Ed039's Note - Really?)

5.) "Ins no one we are skint"- 100% agree- why do we need anyone anyway?
"The football is better than last season" again I agree the results are better in a slightly better league but still pretty awful to watch. Maybe in the early games when Law in particular was on fire but we haven't kept it up. For me out would go Faure, Cribari, Peralta, Steven Smith, Black and Hutton.
But in reality it maybe Wallace, Templeton and Sheilds who are probably our most sell-able assets- tough times ahead

6.) Even before shiels was injured he wasnt playing that often. According to his old man he has been available for selection for many weeks but still isn't even coming on as a sub. As for signings, there won't be any!

7.) Total rubbish, were did you hear that op?

Wullie"Chomp"Munro

8.) I can see possibly Cribari moving on and Simonsen who has yet to feature in the first team, but as for the others let's wait and see.

DigiSport Romania: Although it was his freedom of CFR Cluj, the Romanian international *Gabriel TamaÈ™* (30 years old) still enjoys a good image in English football. There is liked by a group of second league, but the newest "runway" is the Glasgow Rangers.

Rangers, the team with the most trophies conquered the world of football, working now in the third league in Scotland, after two seasons ago, was relegated to the fourth division as bankrupt. If you get to the Rangers, according to agent Ioan Becali, Tamas Romanian defender will become the second group will evolve in Glasgow in recent years, after Dorin Goian.

Rangers are No. 1 in the third league with nine wins from as many as possible, with an advantage of 10 points against the next country. Obviously, promotion is a mere formality, and the Scots may incur a hefty salary required by Gabriel TamaÈ™, accustomed to the rigors of football footballer Island. The most famous defender of Ally McCoist's squad is Brazilian Emilson Cribari, was at Empoli, Napoli and Lazio.
