Morelos is nowhere near ready for the premiership yet. He's got the potential but he needs a couple of years and much better consistency. That will only come with games.

Van Bronkhorst had nothing of a budget at Feyenoord either. They've had terrible financial difficulties the last few years. He won the title mostly by bringing through youth players.

He won't be signing any pre-contract as he plays outwith the eu. He could sign once he's out of contract but nothing can be done until then unless his club agrees to it.
