All over FF and on Rangers Transfer News on twitter, supposedly arranging flights home ðŸ¡. If this is true I'll be delighted ðŸ˜.

Hope its true, the next thing I want to hear is a statement from the Club or even Pedro saying he's finished putting bids in for Walker!
Don't know who's making the decision to reject the bids if it is Cathro Levein or even Budge but once we walk away they will be kicking themselves. The lad wants to come and I think he will stay put until Jan even if another Team comes in for him as he will be pretty upset with tge Club AND Cathro will utilise him as he's too good to bench!
This I think is the route we MUST take, got a feeling that its Levein who is trying to play hard ball and once we walk away they will be gutted to lose out on £650k could even see them come back to us £650k is a huge amount to Hearts who are currently trying to raise funds to cover cost of building there new Stand.

Totally agree, as much as I think walker would be a gr8 addition to our squad we can't be held to ransom by a club like HEARTS seriously! You can now see the issues posed by the media with transfers in Scotland. All the previous deals where completed and negotiated, I'm sure in the same Way as we doing for walker, without us knowing about it until the deal was completed. Now we paying money for a player in Scotland the media going nuts to try and hike up the price!

Garner is meant to be sold today for under 1 million. And officially announced at Ipswich.
Question is are Rangers waiting to use the garner money to finance the 3rd Dorrans bid! That Rangers are confident of being accepted!
That's the rumour that's on twitter, seen this said a few times.
It makes sense in a way! But it's a rumour!

I dobt think so personally as dorrans has been a target since before window opened. Perhaps walker deal could hinge on it though as all other transfers have been ongoing before his

Fox News has confirmed that Rangers have agreed a deal for Pena. They are quoting $4m as the price. That would be in excess of £3m depending on the rate of exchange when the deal was done.

Yes the whole team was pathetic last night, although I hate singling out one person.
Lee Wallace who is meant to be our captain, was dreadful but that's not the point he's meant to be our captain. I never seen shouting, rallying the troops or being inspiring in anyway.
I would take the captaincy of him, and give to someone else. Not fit to be our captain.
I believe there will be some fall out from this and because I can't see the board sacking Pedro, I think we should we should seriously at the very least look at changing captaincy.
I get he stuck by us in the lower divisions but - that does not buy a never ending amount of being less than average. And I'm sure like mcoist, I'm sure he's been very well paid for his so called loyalty.
In fact I would be looking to replace Wallace in the team and demote him to the bench, maybe we would get a reaction.
I know there is way more problems than just Wallace right now.
Just think the captaincy should be given to a real leader and I have thought this for while now.
My captaincy contenders would be - Alves, Dorrans, Jack and Miller but that's not really a long term solution.
These are my thoughts after my feel good factor has completely left the building. Still in shock. Disgrace pure and simple!

Jeseca. Agree 100% wallace is never ever a captain he was given it out of loyalty to club. Time for change now. I would give it to Alves with miller as his back up. The 2 full backs and the keeper are awful. A right Back whould who can defend should be top priority. Alnwick needs to be given his chance also. Hope pena herrera dorrans and alves hit the ground running and make a difference. Otherwise we are in trouble in season ahead

20 year old Rossiter (youngest in a blue shirt? ) was shouting everytime I seen him on screen yet Wallace was silent.
If Rossiter was a few year older I would give him the armband, but doubt he'll stick around with us at this rate. Alves (if he's good) should take the armband, he will get way more respect from his compatriots and the younger ones too. i'm half expecting Alves to be another dud now though after these first 2 games ( as well as the draws against TNS and ST Johnstone, who we didn't score against either thanks to a TNS own goal. )

I think this is my last post on this subject- as I have made to many on it and I'm actually boring myself.
Well anyway- after yesterday's Dorrans story, along the lines of (Peds looking to get the nod to sign Dorrans within 24 hours) .
That was yesterday today nothing, not a word. Just that he still has interest in Jamie Walker and Dorrans, no time frame, no exclusive BS. Nothing.
The papers in Scotland probably know as much on that subject than we do! Because with the new manager and board not leaking things like days of old there making things up. Now you'd think after yesterday's headline news that the Norwich board are to consider the offer in 24 hours, you'd think they would be something. Especially with the Euro wildcard last spot nearing a close?
I like it in a way we're kinda suffocating the Rhebel and Sun. And others, but now it's becoming clear to me that there just making up graham Dorrans stories to sell papers.
But the only people responsible really for turning deals into full blown transfer sagas are usually the our daily rags!
How many more times are we going to hear the deal is so close for Dorrans and the next minute nothing.
I know anyone reading this may think I'm stating the obvious- and I would agree!
I think that's when it's time to move onto a different subject.
P. s if for some miraculous reason he signs today, I'll look 👀 like a impatient idiot LOL 😂

In a strange way I just hope the Dorrans thing gets sorted one way or the other this week, don't get me wrong I think he'd be a great addition.
I just find all this will he-won't he saga annoying.
Either he signs FANTASTIC, or he doesn't we move on!

as far as I can tell we are creeping up towards the £1.5m that Norwich are asking, so why fart about over it? time is moving on and surely we can find the other 200k to get this over the line. If we can't then we have kidded ourselves on with the other players we have bought, none of which seemed to be so protracted as this, either stump up Gers or go elsewhere, but we won't get another player of his ability for that sort of money.

Just realised, it's only old kit for Europe and there will be a new home kit for domestic season. So there is going to be a kit launch- it will most certainly be Puma and 32 red.
This is because we had to submit a kit to play in Europe. And no new kit has been made or the deal was not in place.
So I'm going to hold my horses slightly so I can buy the newest most relevant kit.
Great week so far but it's only Wednesday the Mexicans tomorrow!
Hopefully Dorrans by the end of the week that would be the cherry 💠on top.

Let's just hope this 1 is for real this time, Dorrans would be massive for us. Like u say TheGlagowranger I seen the reports with basically what u said in your post.
I feel there's one or 2 people on here that don't know how good Dozza is! It's like they think he's average or something. Only one or 2 people.
I can't tell u why he's only got 19 caps for Scotland, I also can't tell you why Scott brown plays before him, when Dozza is twice the player. I think it might be ginger strachans wee frav and Levine before him.
Anyway as my new top comes tomorrow, it would be fitting that Dorrans signs . Really hope so and it's no more PR guess work lol 😂

That's not correct please listen to the whole press conference, the money 💰 that's been used so far for players I. e transfers and do on has come from the 3 bears as this was only signed of at 3:06, Dave king said briefly that more money has been put in by them, but the non interest loans were done ✅ on the basis there was no deal agreement with sports direct. Now suddenly there is a deal that vastly favours rangers is in place, that will generate bigger transfer budgets in years to come. So if you think about it that makes the news even better.
