rumours from whoever put up Furman and Wabara were let go by Doncaster - they did not turn down new deals.

{Ed001's Note - that is not what it says, it just says they were released, but that is how it is reported whether they turn down new deals or are not offered any. There is absolutely no way of knowing from that what happened.}

Just because some of us have reservations about what the Board has done since they took control, doesn't mean we want them REMOVED and a completely new structure put in place.
A fans forum is a place for all opinions including dissenting ones. Otherwise you just become North Korea or Phil Mcghoullishbaws.
Ownership by the RST would be the ideal outcome but that's a pipe dream. DK has talked about greater fan representation and accountability but we will have to wait for a new share issue and probably a year or two to see how that pans out.
My concerns are that - so far - the rhetoric hasn't been matched by deeds. It is DK who has come out with phrases like 'over-investment', 'whatever it takes' and 'unlimited budget'. He assures us that reptile Ashley isn't a problem. I want to believe DK. I don't want him to go. But I do want him to show me (some of) the money.

As well as agreeing that McCulloch represents part of the problem (the carcinoma of the Old Boys Network) and not the solution, I would like to thank you for introducing me to the phrase 'jinx-limpet'. I understand the need for a new broom and new approach after the failure of the Old Boys' Network to get us up last season. W & W seem like an astute combination but I'm not inspired by the signings or endless links with out-of-contract guys from the lower divisions down South. My lawyer who knows the Three Bears comes to Stranraer from Edinburgh a fair bit and he assures me there will be two big announcements before the end of next week. I asked if it was Allan and May but he wouldn't say. I just want a psychological boost with a bigger name than Foderingham with all due respect to the boy. And thanks to my brother (Uni boy!) who helped me out with the spelling.

Think you need some Sudocrem for your sensitive skin mate. I try to make a serious point about DK and his deeds matching his words but you just ask if I'm for real because of a username. Like the other boy says different fans like different players. I want new players to like and come on here to hopefully get exited about big names turning up at Murray Park but there nobody's. Just getting a hard time from rugby types like you and even ma brother now because he says My grammar isn't the best!
