Rangers have made contact for cardiffs 31 year old midfielder Don Cowie.

RUGGY BEAR

1.) 10 Jun 2014 17:10:02
I was in school with don cowie he supports celtic, and at 31 decent player but would prob want too high a wage, think hewas on between 14-16 grand a week
Muir bear

2.) Another over 30s

Rangers apparently interested in 22 year free agent scott allan from west brom

RUGGY BEAR

1.) Would be great remember his name going around when I 1st started using the site before his move to West Brom.

2.) Wouldn't mind it myself, larky. The boys got bags of potential. Would demand to high of a wage n is apparently the player that mccoist has had a concrete yes from. Who knows though ae lol.

3.) Too young to get a look in under McCoist, but he will probably still sign him if he can.

4.) Would be a great signing under a decent manager. Ally will do 1 of 2 things with him. Either not play him or ruin him

Casino 32 red to replace blackthorn as new shirt sponsor for next season.

RUGGY BEAR

1.) Is the kit still made by puma? I thought this seasons top was decent! How much is this deal worth?

2.) Supposedly worth a fair bit. Multi-year deal and is popular sponsor in England
But this deal might mean moshni will leave as he is a Muslim and is against gambling

3.) Nae chance on Black leaving then

4.) Oh if only that would happen! Worst CB ever! I'd keep black forever if it meant moshni would leave!

5.) 13 Apr 2014 19:34:32
Both combined wouldn't make a descent player. On todays display I wouldn't half like to see stevie may in a rangers jersey (although highly unlikely)

6.) Let's face it we got rid of green then white, ally is yellow and black is mince so now it is the only chance of being in the red. We are gone!

7.) Moshini aleady plays with an alcohol sponseor on the shirt, so why would a gambling sponsor upset him?

8.) @David c - Stevie May Will be going to the other side I`d believe. Wanted to go last summer to replace Gary Hooper.

9.) Cooshter- I doubt celtic will go for may having already sogned griffith and they are actively persuing a european striker for europe so I doubt he will be heading to parkhead. The boys far better than daly and clark, he's a free agent in the summer and won't cost a penny! Its a no brainer!

10.) @ david c I think he signed a new contract

11.) I wonder if black will get a bonus for bringing this del together like Ahmed did for previous deals lol

12.) I can see may in the championship after 1 more year in scotland. any team in scotland would like to have him. why would he join rangers and go down a division?maybe if it goes tits up for him down south he would maybe join rangers in years to come.

Rangers very determined to secure the signature of Manchester United misfit Federico macheda on a free transfer, the dihms equally determined. Source- the daily star. Looks like this one is straight out the dung hatch.

RUGGY BEAR

1.) Aye this isn't going to happen!

16 Mar 2014 08:29:55
Does anyone know who the player that's mccoist said he's spoken to about a transfer is? Gavin gunning maybe?

RUGGY BEAR

1.) I thought it was Boyd.

2.) 16 Mar 2014 13:47:26
Talk at the game on sat was kris boyd was returning to ibrox. All this talk of ally and boydy supposedly not seeing eye to eye is nonsense!

3.) We want Kenny Maclean from stmirren at end of season but face rivals from England

4.) Just read it was Kenny McLean of St Mirren Ally has been looking at. Good young player who went through the youths at Gers but didn't quite make it. Big Rangers fan apparently. I'd like to see us going for Shaun Hutchison at Motherwell and take Boydy back too. Get shot of Cribari, Foster and Simonson.

5.) Aye heard the Boyd rumour aswell, tbh I think he'd be a good acquisition, we could do with his goals next season, as long as he isn't after the crazy money we don't have. Wee McLean is a good player but is major injury prone, would be a gamble.

6.) Would love him to go for Steve May from st Johnstone but think he might cost to much great prospect though

7.) We don't really need strikers we are crying out for penalty box to penalty box midfielders agood fast right back maculloch and moshni woul get us by for anoyher season boyd does not suit playing up front hiself he is only training hard and trying hard at killie because that was last chance saloon for him give him 30 month contract on decent money he will go back to wanting the ball at his feet and not trying 2 much

Just seen mccoist quoted saying that "foster and Ian black will be missed unfortunately but the rest of the boys are in fine form" really mate? A nearly fell off ma proverbial chair. Let's hope he knows something we don't and the squad give falkirk a pounding, just can't see it though.

RUGGY BEAR

1.) 14 Aug 2014 09:25:01
I think you'll find when he's talking about injuries then follows it by saying the rest are in fine form he means they are fit & ready to play, again people looking for excuses to have a pop cause its ally who said it .

Haha you've got to laugh or you'll cry. Runners up medal against raith rovers, really? Unbelievable, it really is.

RUGGY BEAR

1.) How many season books has ally sold today?

2.) 06 Apr 2014 19:11:52
Ally is an utter disaster as a manager and his cup record is truly beyond a joke. I doubt even his biggest cheerleaders could try and defend it. Every day he is in charge Celtic move further ahead of us.

And is it really true that outside McCoist & Lennon thta the two best paid managers/coaches in Scottish football are Ian Durrant & MacDowell?

3.) @1 tbh mate I think a great section of the support had already chose not to renew for next season, myself included. Do you know what kind of contract mccoist is currently on? Is it a rolling contract? We need shot of the joker. Naz I wouldn't be surprised at all if the chuckle brothers where on some serious doh just another needless drain on the club's finances

Good luck to ally and the team today. Let's hope they do the business and do it convincingly.

RUGGY BEAR

1.) Yes RB, good luck to the Glasgow Rangers, today is about the trophy. Our problems may still be there tomorrow, but will seem better with victory today.

2.) Well come 6pm we will be eiher higher than the barrat helicopter or in the depths of dispair wanting a gun to shoot ally on another note on friday iwas in manchester at my friends who works for sports direct and he says ashley has been in talks with with other shareholders about purchasing a bigger holding in rangers because he reckons run properly it could be a real money spinner and sound buisness for sports direct and low and behold its in the people stating he already holds 7% of club I know newcastle supporters don't like because he runs club as a stand alone buisness which would be great for rangers at present time and to be honest I for one would rather see ashley come in rather than d king and his wonderful ideas (using fans money) for ashley to make money the club would need to be succesful which would be good enough for me it also not involve any more in fighting as he would buy shares and remove bandits without anymore damage to club

3.) Billy today was a shambles, can't believe once again we've been pumped out a cup. The only player who done themselves justice was wee aird, the rest didn't have a clue, no creativity, no get up and go. Will be interesting next season, wonder how long we will languish in the championship, on today's performance, a very long time.

23 Mar 2014 10:28:19
Let's see how the team performs today. If I was n mccoists position I would be telling the players, no slack passes, no sitting deep, free flowing football, any less won't be excepted or else there will be penalties incurred. With the league wrapped up there's no reason for negative uncertain football. These bellends are paid handsomely to play for the famous glasgow rangers, they could at least try and entertain the fans now and again.

RUGGY BEAR

1.) Ruggy bears that's probably his team talk every game lol

2.) Haha aye, pity they don't follow instructions ae lol

Think the criticism of the guy is unwarranted. Foreigners take time to adjust and if was played in the correct position I am sure he'd come on fine. Mind his free kick against dundee? Who in the team can take a decent free kick like that?

RUGGY BEAR

@ ed. Totally understand why they tried. He's a cracking left back who would improve any squad. Let's hope we can keep hold of him for the return to the so called premiership.

@ed. 1.4 mill plus add-ons, yer probably only looking at 2mill tops. Wallace is a top player playing in a duff league as we all know, let's be honest if Forrest were looking to buy him from a championship team then the price would be a lot higher. Typical English chancers. Personally ledleys a good player but at times when I seen him he drifted in and out the game. But at 800,000 palace have got him for a song.

RUGGY BEAR

{Ed039's Note - I personally rate Lee Wallace very highly, and even if he was playing in the Scottish Premiership he would command a higher fee, but like you said, chancers are around and were testing the water but at the end of the day, they got Danny Fox on a freebie from Southampton who is decent and improves their squad, they were playing Dan Harding at left back who is terrible, or their central midfielder Chris Cohen out of position, so I understand what they tried)

Knife, I can't fathom for the life of me why any gers fan would want mccoist to remain in charge. It's embarrassment to embarrassment and we're all scunered to the back teeth from it. As I've said runners up medal for the ramsdens cup is a joke. Mr Wallace, get this joker out the door, because he doesn't do walking away.

RUGGY BEAR

Iam still rock bottom mate. Runners up medal for the ramsdens cup just won't suffice. We won't get the change we crave, but if pigs started flying and ally got the Dan n Mac I'd like to see Davies or Dell boy, but wouldn't happen, think he signed a 3 year contract will the sheep.
