I'm surprised at Kenny Millers comment that the gulf between the old firm is smaller than expected, how big did he think it was? it looked big enough especially with Tweedle Dee playing the same players and tactics that caused that gulf under his mate. Hopefully once the EGM is over a manager will be a priority and we can push on for promotion.

The cancerous McCoist will apparently work his 12 months notice, I genuinely hope this 12 months is absolute hell for McCoist and co, they deserve to be booed for 90 minutes of every game after this blackmail

He gets a wage rise to. Lol. Jesus. Wot is going on.

2.) 15 Dec 2014 10:10:08
Bad, bad choice of words smokey my dad has recently had a lung moved due to cancer and has now been diagnosed with prostate cancer. now back to mccoist he has forced the issue with the board due to cowardly whispers against him knowing that him handing in his notice would trigger a clause putting his wages back up thus forcing there hand. He will be gone after Wed with a pay off but much, much less than people think.
r. f

3.) Another day another chance for everyone to laugh at Rangers, when is this all going to end, you just couldn't make it up. r. f hope your dad gets well soon mate, emotion's are running high among all Rangers fans and some people say things that maybe born out of pure frustration, the word's I had for mccoist this morning you couldn't print mate, but I agree with smokey bear that I hope all Rangers fans give mccoist what for.

4.) He will be out in the very near future. The 'extra' pay is part of his leaving the club. This is just my opinion of course. Some people have been desperate to get rid of him, you should now be happy. Unfortunately the real problem is not going away.

5.) Sorry to hear about your dad don't think smokey meant anything by it. I think parasite would have been a better choice of word. he obviously knew about the clause and has basically said "over to you Claude"the board know fine well his position is now untenable and will have to reach a amicable pay off. well done ally you have played a blinder. in your 3 1/2. Years in charge you have made us the worst team in history and what makes it worse is you had a decent budget to do it. 👏👏👏👏👏

6.) 15 Dec 2014 11:08:09
Good luck to ure dad r f. Puts all this into perspective.

7.) BigCol, good point's mate, especially about his budget, I now wonder what it's going to cost a new manager to rebuild the mess that mccoist has created and (Hopefully fingers crossed) has left behind.

8.) Remember guys, Super Ally never read his contract before signing so he was probably unaware that his resignation would trigger any pay rise.

Seriously the shoogley peg his jaiket is hanging on looks likely to break off completely in the next few days.

Good riddance.

9.) Lost one of my brothers Xmas 2010 to lung cancer. Hope your da will be OK.

10.) Rf. please accept my sincere apologies, it was a thoughless thing to say. l hope your dad will be ok.

11.) Gkk. l apologise for my bad choice of words. l am sorry for your loss.

12.) Nice one smokey bear

Surprise, surprise Mr Rangers wants paying off the contract he never read to go, I suppose selling out the first time was difficult even for someone like him, but he's had 31/2 years practice now, looks like he learned more from Charles Green than Walter Smith.

Smokey Bear

1.) Spot on Smokey Bear. He wants paid off as per his contract. How does he know seeing as he never read it?

I thought there was a glimmer of dignity when I heard he had offered his resignation, but alas no.

12 Dec 2014 13:46:08
PLEASE BE TRUE, reports are that McCoist has resigned. YES!!!!!!! A very happy day for all associated with the mighty Rangers, good riddance to bad rubbish, now let's hope he gets what's coming through his dealings with the crooks.

Smokey Bear

1.) Harsh words Smokey Bear. Many of us may be happy that he is standing down. but "good riddance to bad rubbish" is not necessary.

He should be thanked for his time as a player and his attempts to manage us through the most difficult time in our history.

2.) 12 Dec 2014 14:47:31
Odds on that they have agreed to sell McLeod.

3.) Stuart is it true you and bill tel have got the job lol

4.) Stuart64. I would agree on only football terms, he simply wasnt good enough. But knowing he wasn't good enough and staying for this long on that money is diabolical. I believe 100% that he was employed to blur the lines between the fans and the board to keep the ST/share money rolling in while they rolled it out the back door, because let's face it to say he was employed for his tactical or managerial knowledge is ridiculous.

If McCoist was any kind of man let alone a Rangers man he would walk, but we all know that will not happen partly due to the size of the contract he never read and partly because he is not a Rangers or any other kind of man except conman, surely there can't be anybody who still genuinely believes he is the manager to take the club forward, after 31/2 years of his nonsense the only thing he has proved is that he is an embarrassment to everyone associated with Rangers on and off the pitch. The damage he has done is irreparable but we can limit any future damage by sacking him ASAP

Smokey Bear

1.) Give him option of his replacing his coaching staff with new blood andhe will graspt it big time he really wants to get the gers back to the spl and he will walk awayo

2.) 23 Nov 2014 08:23:55
Was just wondering if the board actually had the baws to sack the super one what sort of crowd would be at Ibrox for the new manager's first game, I know a lot of us are staying away because of the boardroom shenanigans, But get the feeling mccoist is driving just as many away. And why even though under contract should mccoist get a pay off if sacked i'm pretty sure if you or me weren't doing what was expected of us in our daily jobs we'd get stiffed by the boss and not a whiff of compensation, something has to give

No McCoist has not done his job! a chimp could win that league with an £8 million wage bill, in fact one did, he tells us he is building for the future, with 34 year olds? whose future I wonder? not Rangers for sure but his job will be safe while his dads army playing his laughable tactics are getting out played week in week out by professional footballers not part timers this time.

Too young to get a look in under McCoist, but he will probably still sign him if he can.

Its a bit harsh to judge the youngsters based on McCoists time, a real manager like Warburton may get more out of them, Clark could also benefit from a real manager and some tactics, Templeton is a strange one. But from everything Warburton is saying there won't be any dead wood at the club so if he can't get them to perform I assume he will move them on.

I do feel we owe Stuart McCall a big thank you for the job he did with what he had. It must gall him that despite getting more out the team in a few months than the imposter did in 31/2 years is still deemed not good enough, but Warburtons record is impressive and he does seem the right man for the job.

Comparing McCoist with John Greig is ridiculous, both were good players but one has devoted his life to the club, the other took millions out of the already ailing club while destroying it from within.
John Greig may not have been the greatest manager but he has always had Rangers best interests at heart, which is precisely why he walked away from the club McCoist and his bosses where building, he knew he could stop it and didn't want to be part of it, unlike McCoist who couldn't wait to give them ALL his "official" approval and reap the very generous rewards, which he will continue to reap until December thanks to that contract he never read!

That useless waste of space Judas deserves all the slagging he gets and more, he is worse than White, Green etc combined.
