My cousins the Aberdeen team doctor Dr G Richie. I've not heard a cheep from him so I really doubt that DM contact has been made. Last time I spoke to him we still had Pedro and my cousin was out for dinner with DM and his wife.

I mentioned many moons ago in previous posts that my because does this job if anyone Doubts. Way before Pedro was even boss.

Stuarteah

1.) 02 Dec 2017 22:11:19
Why would the club doctor be notified on personnel changes? A huge sum of money is at stake for Stewart Milne. Don't be duped by tabloid foolery. 800K is a great piece of business for Aberdeen and their board. The club's biggest summer transfer kitty in 5 years was £500k. This deal could mean a monumental cash windfall for any new manager. Why would a medical practitioner be consulted on potential cash transactions?

2.) 02 Dec 2017 22:18:40
So because you’ve not heard from him, the doctor, you doubt contact has been made? Your post don’t make sense, what has them having dinner when Pedro was in charge got to do with anything?

3.) 02 Dec 2017 23:15:53
No one said contact had been made. The claim is it's being done next week!

4.) 03 Dec 2017 08:24:02
See if he can prescribe you something for bull

5.) 03 Dec 2017 08:38:48
The deal has been in motion for weeks despite all the silence. The stumbling block has been the cash payment settlement and back room staff compensation. After today's game there will be official movement. I have a hunch Strachan already taking the Dons job. Yes a hunch and yes a Rumours site.

6.) 03 Dec 2017 20:00:34
strachan better manager than dm imo

7.) 03 Dec 2017 22:17:06
If we have to take McInnes, then I would prefer not to have his back room staff at Rangers - Antony Docherty, Gordon Marshall, Paul Sheerin and Barry Robson - Too much of a Celtic connection for me.

8.) 04 Dec 2017 07:13:22
Your right barry robson won't be but barry ferguson will be.

9.) 04 Dec 2017 10:37:00
See Neil McCann jumped in to second fav all this time to get a new manager and I hope am wrong but I can't see this being the right man mcinnes I think it's to early for him he will need to prove him self with a different club and McCann cv doesn't merit the rangers job but no matter who it is I will stick and support then like a did with le guen or Pedro

Word on street is massive Black guy seen heading to Murray Park today. Heard it was Christopher Samba but no solid info, just stadium chat. Guys been sold for a few bob a few times. Can't be worse than what we've got so hey-Ho let's go.

1.) 17 Aug 2016 15:43:15
I smell bull.

2.) 17 Aug 2016 15:45:24
Wesley Snipes?

3.) 17 Aug 2016 15:50:34
Is Wesley snipes not in jail for tax evasion?

Got to love demolition man. Classic action movie.

4.) 17 Aug 2016 15:54:59
I smell man wee.

5.) 17 Aug 2016 15:55:00
chris eubank?

6.) 17 Aug 2016 15:56:47
was he walking with 3 white guys? might have been the A-team.

7.) 17 Aug 2016 15:47:29
This kind of thing never happens, mind you Dodoo appeared at a Ibrox out of the blue only there was no talk on social media before it.

8.) 17 Aug 2016 16:04:32
He was incarcerated yes, although perhaps the hat submitted a sly £1 million bid which the Department of Justice have reluctantly accepted!

9.) 17 Aug 2016 16:05:20
Marvin Andrews. He has heard us all pray to God for a no none sense defender and he is hear to preach to the converted?

10.) 17 Aug 2016 16:29:31
Lescott hopefully, the guys 6ft3 . "massive black guy" definitely matches the description lol.

11.) 17 Aug 2016 16:38:25
It's a guy called Jake Clemons. The magic hats looking to bring back the Glory Days, give the timothies a Long Walk Home through the Junglelands into the Darkness on the Edge of Town. For those of you who don't know him he was Born in the USA, is Born to Run and was On Fire at Hampden on 2nd June.

12.) 17 Aug 2016 16:52:26
Anyone for the airport curry passed the petrol station.

13.) 17 Aug 2016 16:56:19
Ray Charles, he would defend better than the two dumplings at centre back!

14.) 17 Aug 2016 17:24:18
Big Lebron?

15.) 17 Aug 2016 18:00:10
John Coffey?

16.) 17 Aug 2016 18:47:18
Its morpheus, here to offer warbs a choice between red pill (senderos) or blue pill (lescott) lol.

17.) 17 Aug 2016 20:03:36
While I highly doubt it is true, I secretly hope it is as he has one of the best football chants I have ever heard.

18.) 17 Aug 2016 20:10:41
Can't go this drivel anymore. 'Can't be worse than what we've got", "better than two dumplings at the back". Show some respect. These are Rangers players and as far as I can tell DW and RK give 100% for the jersey. They're professional and hard working. What've you ever done for the club? These lads got us back in the top flight. I will never forget that. You sound like that mob. God forbid any of these lads end up reading this forum. They're confidence and love for the club would be shattered. Give it a rest.

19.) 17 Aug 2016 20:50:57
Well said bilbo am with you on that one give the guys a break becoming scape goats by a lot of fans.

20.) 17 Aug 2016 21:56:47
Akenfenwa.

21.) 17 Aug 2016 22:46:13
Bilbo, we need more like you. Guys that support 100% all our players. I've said this numerous times and been slated.

22.) 18 Aug 2016 08:24:26
I have no problem with constructive criticism during a post analysis. Contributing opinions on where a player could improve or pointing out mistakes they might have made. But merely slagging them on a regular basis is not on. Not for me thanks.

23.) 18 Aug 2016 11:07:11
heard it was bobo coming to get us.

24.) 18 Aug 2016 21:39:13
All the guys ripping the poster about the massive black guy, ****, he was right all along, big guy called Mati zata, it's on his Instagram account, type his name in and you will see,

01 Jul 2016 19:56:00
Family down in Hackney saying Gers are in for Kaylen Hinds. Apparently he's a young striker. No idea if it's credible. Just passing on message from my pissed uncle and cousin that were on the phone today.

Stuarteah

1.) 02 Jul 2016 17:35:51
Could be something in this. Boy is an arsenal young prodigy of great promise and high hopes. At 18 and a striker we could take on loan and add to his development. Arsenal are very pleased with how we developed the boy Zelalem last season.

28 Jun 2016 15:01:57
Does anyone else think it's Lafferty that Warbs is talking about?

All sounds about right and signals are all there. Plus-he's 'been' at the euros sounds like he's just making his way home.

he'll give us another dimension IMO. Onwards and upwards.

Stuarteah

1.) 28 Jun 2016 16:39:22
guy walked away don't let him crwl back his career has stalled so wants back here. he was mince the first time round and I think he has got worse with age flopped everywhere he has went and was nowhere for his country.

2.) 28 Jun 2016 15:48:53
Don't want him back. Would rather get younger and hungrier to come to us and maybe sell on for a good fee rather than that him.

3.) 28 Jun 2016 16:24:24
We all know it's a full back he is talking about.

4.) 28 Jun 2016 18:29:08
OMG - "don't want him back because he walked away! "

I don't care what anyone did in the past - if they can do a great job for us in the future everyone is welcome.

Player have lives and families and had to make the best decision for their own. a bankrupt club was never going to pay their mortgage or feed their kids

Move on.

20 Jun 2016 16:45:37
Compensation agreed for Crooks/ Windass. Both players now free to train.

Ed, you should be able to confirm that I've mentioned my cousin is the Aberdeen team doctor about a year ago. Nothing to do with this manager situation. Cheers.

Stuarteah

{Ed033's Note - yes, you mentioned it before:

"My cousins the Aberdeen team doctor Dr G Richie. I've not heard a cheep from him so I really doubt that DM contact has been made. Last time I spoke to him we still had Pedro and my cousin was out for dinner with DM and his wife."

1.) 02 Dec 2017 20:36:11
Stuarteah don’t think you have mentioned this before you seem to mention family members all over the place giving you info

2.) 03 Dec 2017 00:23:56
The post is about his family member not giving him info.

I have a family member who has played for both Rangers and Aberdeen. He has not given me any info, but I have not been out for a meal with him.

If I have a meal and he doesn't give me any info, then I will know for sure that no contact has been made with DM.

If I have a meal and he does give me info, which he won't, as he is not stupid, then I will keep it to myself.

If I don't have a meal and he doesn't give me info, then I will know about as much as Stuarteah.

There are other permutations but I am bored now.

Is Dominic Ball's contract not up?

If it's not then it is shortly.

Maybe Tottenham are assessing him to see whether to re-sign him or not before sending him out on loan?

Stuarteah

1.) 19 Jul 2016 11:47:24
On transfermarkt site his contract was up at the end of June.

2.) 19 Jul 2016 12:35:55
I hope Poch finally tells Ball exactly where he stands! as far as I see it I don't think that he will get into the first team this season, I would love it if we could do a deal with Spurs a transfer fee with a first buy back clause! BUT I don't think that we have the funds for such a transaction. Even at a reduced fee say 1m I still don't think we have it and its sad but this is the situation we find ourselves in. I think Ball would benefits massively if he had at least 2 settled seasons at a club playing 1st team football and Ibrox would be the best choice for everyone involved, Ball, Spurs and Rangers. As it is I think Spurs will sign him up and hopefully loan him to us, if King could get the transfer fee together its a wise investment and we could at least double our money by selling back to Spurs! I do think we have the funds but we must spend it wisely and nothing is a sure thing although this is pretty dam close we'll just need to wait and see what Ball says to Spurs if they tell him 1st team football isn't on the cards he may not want a loan deal he may want to establish himself and get settled at one club. What's your thoughts Bears?

18 Jul 2016 10:28:41
How's about a striker that can play in the air as well? Warbs did say that he would take another striker plus Dodoo so here's hoping. There must be one hiding out there!

I think It's always good to have a player like that on the bench as it keeps other managers guessing when it's squeaky bum time and makes the team more dangerous from set pieces. Onwards and upwards fellow bears. Keep up the momentum.

Stuarteah

1.) 18 Jul 2016 17:55:56
A player who can play on the air? Tricky one; Chris Eagles, Darren Peacock Robin van Persie. we do have a Joey, and we're signing a dodoo, but unfortunately, he's flightless!

2.) 18 Jul 2016 19:06:15
Or we could get a striker for the Canaries, the Bluebirds, the Eagles, the Swans, or the cockerels?
sorry chaps.

3.) 19 Jul 2016 00:28:41
Stuarteah mw is has brought in a few good sized players, probably for corner kicks, for and against us, well that's my thought on these bigger players.

4.) 19 Jul 2016 04:48:32
Dodoo at 6ft should start to giv us an aerial threat, this lad is going to be awesome! if Warbs goes two up front him and Wags will do for me. just my opinion but I think he will use Windass in a strikers role, can't see him in our midfeild Jusy my opinion Bears.

12 Jul 2016 23:32:42
Got to say lads that after watching the available clips of Matty Taylor, I was big time impressed. Lad looks like just what the doctor ordered. Great finisher, mobile and pacey that plays with both feet and can head it. Get him signed up! .

Long live McParland.

Stuarteah

1.) 13 Jul 2016 08:36:02
Yip stuarteah, the more I see matty taylor the more I'd love us to sign him, he's exactly what we're needing and is a striker that can do the lot, he's also a free agent, I don't know what we're waiting for although I trust our management team to the hilt, matty taylor was not my original choice I wanted as a striker for us to sign but I've certainly warmed to the idea of us hopefully signing him now, as I said on a previous post he'd score 25+ with our style of play and the chances we'd create for him.

My uncle phoned me from London the other week to tell me this. I've no idea if he's any good. He said he was 18 though so can't see him doing much. Boy would need to be a prodigy to start. Uncle does advertising job at Emirates so that's where he got the info I presume.

Chill with the Dallas stuff mate. Bradshaw signed by Friday.

Guy would be best striker in league if he could be kept fit. League is p£sh remember. Gers would have a better chance of winning the league if he signed- no doubt about it. His mums a Rangers fan as well. Read it in an interview he did.

Looks like the guy Vaughan is the new name being banded about mate. Guy seems to get injured a fair bit but any decent finisher in our team will get a proper return.

Couldn't agree more mate. I wonder if that's the type of loan signing that we will go for though? . If you think about it, say we sign a centre half, we could get 2 strikers/ attackers on loan. We surely don't need a midfielder after that because imo we'll have the best midfield in the league.

What I would say is keep the faith mate. The new regime haven't let us down yet!

Best we've looked for years - and that was before the new signings.

Would be a great move and the guy would get a chance to say he played in the old firm Derby before retirement I suppose. Would finish top scorer up here with a bag over his head, although I don't know if he would appreciate being 2 footed at fir park when it's -15 on a Wednesday night during a snow storm.
