The Sheep unable to sell their full allocation of tickets.
These will be given to Rangers. Some Sheep fans will be relocated to allow this to happen! 😂😂😂😂

Stewart robertson managed to talk sense into the sfa after all👍😂.

2.) 18 Oct 2018 19:22:08
waiting for my ticket email now, what a shambles.

Another brilliant European performance last night. Couldn’t fault any of the team.
It’s why we all got upset at the poor display at Livi. But we have to remember we have a new young squad being coached by a new young manager and there will be blips along the way.
Onwards and upwards, bring on the Jambos. In Gerrard we Trust.
Let’s Go! #55

Every player was on another level last night, different class. Thank god am not working today👍.

2.) 05 Oct 2018 12:10:33
i am unfortunately, i am dying.

3.) 05 Oct 2018 13:03:14
Don't want to pore cold water on things but there is room for a lot of improvement from this team. even
so great performance lads.

4.) 05 Oct 2018 13:11:45
Jmcf110, this will give you a laugh mate. Just had a text saying check out the celtic commentary from that big fud sutton on their goal last night. That walloper actually calls eduoard "King edouard" when he scores😂😂, I wonder what he was calling him after the game😂😂. 9mil for that diddy, he's scored 1 goal in the league, he grabs an early consolation goal last night and that big fud is calling him "King edouard". Top class clown👍👏😂.

5.) 05 Oct 2018 15:26:05
Lol coldo, i saw that too - a £9 million potato.

6.) 05 Oct 2018 15:57:15
I just Don't get the hype surrounding this guy. Very ordinary imo.

7.) 05 Oct 2018 17:53:50
He's vastly overrated. I think most of it stems from the goals he scored against us last season but even then we weren't that hard to score against last season.

8.) 07 Oct 2018 11:37:05
well done lads your team has a great result in Europe and the first thing you want to do is talk about a celtic player and how he played.

9.) 07 Oct 2018 14:38:13
And there's daft daviebhoy diligently trolling the page for days, nay weeks, on end just waiting for the merest mention of celtic or one of their players to justify commenting on the Rangers support. Taking obsession to a different level.

10.) 07 Oct 2018 18:33:17
Class daviebhoy, one guy was feeling a bit rough at work so tried to lift his mood by taking the pi55 out of your lot, I really wasn't fishing but a catch is a catch👍 cheers for stopping by troll👍.

Rumours Brenda has lost the dressing room over the Boyata debacle.
Compare to the ‘ rookie ‘ Gerrard galvanising and rejuvenating a Rangers team who’ve underperformed the last couple of seasons and I know who I’d rather have in charge. 🔴⚪️🔵.

UnionJack

1.) 26 Sep 2018 11:44:50
Ok, give us a wee clue UJ :-)

2.) 26 Sep 2018 14:53:54
Brenda is leaving, exit being sorted.

3.) 26 Sep 2018 18:12:14
Jboy and nelly on his way back.

4.) 26 Sep 2018 18:54:44
Is this a celtic rumours page now

Bears are always complaining about Tims obsessed with us knock it on head rangers only.

5.) 26 Sep 2018 23:41:29
Life isn't that bad 6 counties, try and enjoy it👍.

6.) 26 Sep 2018 23:58:06
Isn't that exactly what Rodgers has been doing these last two years though, galvanising and rejuvenating a Celtic team who had underperformed the last couple of seasons.

Added to getting Swansea into the PL, and galvanising and rejuvenating a Liverpool team who had underperformed the previous couple of seasons.
Wait till you are at least top of the league before you get too excited, otherwise it looks like you have a small team mentality. If Rodgers had made the start Gerrard has we would have been livid with it.

7.) 27 Sep 2018 01:01:23
@BB - clue 1, he doesn’t like trannies!

8.) 27 Sep 2018 01:02:39
Been saying it's a distinct possibility for weeks. Been getting his excuses in early, like he's working his ticket out of the piggery. Think he knows Stevie G will have his number as the season progresses. # Let's go.

9.) 27 Sep 2018 01:03:06
@6counties - who put you in charge? And if you re-read my OP you will see that technically it is all about Rangers👍.

10.) 27 Sep 2018 10:29:07
But isleogreen rodgers has made a worse start than gerrard, hence why you's are 6th🙃.

11.) 27 Sep 2018 12:43:31
@isleogreen - his recruitment at both Liverpool and Celtic has been shocking. And is supppsedly one of the reasons why he wasn’t backed in the last transfer window.
And he got the sack from Liverpool.
And you have made a worse start than Rangers but he’s supposedly untouchable. It’s all the referees, fixture computer, boards and disco lights fault 😂👍😂.

12.) 27 Sep 2018 21:45:39
Isleogreen yous lost to Red imps first game under rodgers did you not? 😂.

13.) 27 Sep 2018 22:48:19
There has been question marks over his recruitment at both Lpool and Celtic, that is true. He was sacked, though many a top manager has been from big clubs. Look at Ranieri, is he a bad manager because he was sacked? . But weigh that against all the sucesses he has had, and you claim you would rather have Gerrard because of a few weeks of mixed results including a loss to Rodgers?
And now that you mention it our form did take a dive the moment the disco lights were put in so it might be thier fault.

14.) 28 Sep 2018 16:16:18
Who cares? It has nothing to do with us.

09 Sep 2018 19:49:28
Any truth in the rumour that the safety certificate for the piggery is getting reviewed after the incident at the Old Firm game?
I'm hearing talking about reducing the capacity until it's resolved?

UnionJack

1.) 09 Sep 2018 20:27:01
might do them a favour seeing as they struggle to sell it out anyway!

2.) 10 Sep 2018 11:45:10
Don't think anybody interested in what's happening at piggery unionjack.

3.) 10 Sep 2018 12:22:42
Maybe ask on Celtic rumours, see if they know anything/ care.

4.) 10 Sep 2018 12:37:20
To be fair, he’s asking in the right place because we know they’ll answer on here before they go onto their own page.

5.) 10 Sep 2018 22:58:12
Am all for safety but they could start with a couple of air fresheners🤧.

6.) 11 Sep 2018 14:21:09
It's relevant if our own fans when visiting the piggery get caught up in the same safety concerns as the unwashed at the Old Firm game.

7.) 11 Sep 2018 19:19:30
The safety concerns was caused by 800 of your supporters needing segregation from 60,000 home supporters, the easiest way to solve it would to have no away supporters for this fixture. Ps I’m pretty sure you will have similar problems at the new year game.

8.) 12 Sep 2018 14:44:45
@jaj73 - we're used to putting 800 persons in the corner when we play the Sheep and the Hivs. So there will be no issue for us safety wise.

9.) 12 Sep 2018 17:22:11
UJ nice one mate, Bet that clown wished he hadn't tried to be a smart xxx.

10.) 13 Sep 2018 14:32:01
What the clown who compared Celtic / rangers supporters with Aberdeen or hibs, are you serious?
Yes slim him, I’m totally put in my place there, and you know what Celtic also have Aberdeen, hibs, hearts etc visit with no crowd problems witnessed last week, absolute stupidity to even compare the Celtic v rangers to rangers v Aberdeen / hibs.

11.) 14 Sep 2018 12:35:29
@jaj73 - it’s well known that Celtic have had a love in with supporters of all other clubs the last few years. That’s why you have no issue when you host the Sheep and Hivs.
So Rangers will deal with the kids from the GB, Plastic Paddy’s and remaining Soap Dodgers with no problem at all👍.

12.) 19 Sep 2018 23:21:06
Can I remind you a hearts supporter attacked neil Lennon in the dug out, I don’t remember an Aberdeen supporter doing that to a rangers manager.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Gerrard and the team for giving us some pride back in Europe after last season's debacle.
Now it's time to focus on the league and kick on.

Agreed uj. At the start of the season we didn't even expect to get into the group so what we achieved was a bonus. We've done ourselves proud. Need to push on domestically now! #.

2.) 14 Dec 2018 15:33:23
Well said union jack!

3.) 14 Dec 2018 16:37:08
We are going in right direction.

4.) 14 Dec 2018 17:18:30
Getting there lads, good posts uj. Wish everyone on here would just level it a bit. We lose people get all hysterical and want rid of players snd managers, we win a couple it's all going 55 blah blah. We're moving in right direction anybody who thought it was an overnight job needs there head examined.

Simply the Best?
Simply not good enough!
The Sheep result was a bitter pill to swallow as they are Tom Kite but the Dundee result is a sore one to take.

From the second ball of the match that Worrell put straight out the park to numerous players over running the ball out the park in the final 10 minutes as we pushed for a winner, you could see we weren’t at the races.
When you are matched all over the pitch by the bottom side in the league who are also playing for 70 minutes with 10 men – then the players need to have a long hard look at themselves.

Although we were forced into a couple of changes I believe the manager is over tinkering with the team. If he has one eye on the Europa League then he has to realise the SPFL is our bread and butter. We have a lot of games coming up but we need stability in the back 4. It was the foundation for our run in the Europa League qualifiers.
The final ball was again very poor at times and we looked like a team devoid of ideas.

Goldson who was rock solid early on is looking suspect at times. Is this due to the chopping and changing of his defensive partner? My preference is Katic and Goldson.
I’ve seen some posters blame Morelos – he wasn’t even playing! This is the type of match Lafferty should be thriving in.
I’ve seen a poster say Tav shouldn’t be captain? Changing captain would have no bearing on the result.
Others are blaming the referee / linesman - forgetting we benefited from a decision against the Jambos. And we shouldn't be relying on these decisions anyway. not against 10 men. And not against a 10 men who were willing to have a go and not sit in and defend.

Others are slating Middleton – an 18 year old. Some are blaming Ejaria who never really had a chance to change the game.
I also felt McGregor was too far of his line at the goal. But that would be harsh on a guy who’s saved us numerous times already this season.
To those who have lost faith in Gerrard? Get a grip.
We have to remember Gerrard’s only had one transfer window. Results like this will highlight the areas that need improving.

What was going to be a big month of games has started disastrously but there is still a lot of football to be played. We go again on Thursday – a chance to secure European football after Xmas.
Yes the result was disappointing, yes the performance was poor.
But let’s not over react – keep the faith.
In Gerrard We Trust. Let’s Go! 55.

1.) 10 Dec 2018 12:38:24
what is the point in staying in Europa league? the money ain't that great and we are never going to win the thing.

2.) 10 Dec 2018 18:31:32
the money is better than what's in offer in scotland. europa league - more money in the kitty for players. are you saying we shouldn't play in it and hope to win the league. big ask with the players we have, not chance to replace with little income.

3.) 11 Dec 2018 00:25:28
@jbf500 - so what's the point of trying in the SPFL as according to you and others we're never going to win it?

06 Dec 2018 15:37:43
After another disappointing defeat to the sheep we find ourselves at the footballing crossroads on here with posters opinions.
Some want to put the car into reverse and are hailing McInnes as some sort of footballing manager messiah!
Others want to veer left or right discarding half the team or manager and replacing them with who knows?
Some claim Morelos is a liability but wouldn’t take anything less than £15 million for him.

Others want Wallace brought back as some sort of saviour forgetting he has underachieved for 3 managers in the top flight and undermined 2 off them.
Some on here are having a pop at others for not having the guts to slate players. I prefer to look at where we are overall this season.
Punching above our weight in Europe and still challenging at the top of the SPFL.
I think most of us would have bitten the hand of anyone who offered that at the start of the season.

Yes the team were Tom Kite last night. Yes the manager has to take some of the blame as well.
But totally berating the same players who have got us to where we are this season? Sorry, that’s not my style.
He picks the team and the tactics so has to take it on the chin when we have a blip. But he can’t be blamed for individual players losing the plot through indiscipline.
Not one person on here can say that The Sheep have outplayed us on any of the 3 occasions they’ve played us this season.

Frustrated us? Yes. Lucky? No. Better than us? Definitely not. They came with a game plan and stuck to it. We currently don’t have the personnel to break teams down.
But Gerrard has said he would like to address that issue in January. A creative midfielder is a must.

Back to the footballing crossroads. Me? I taking the straight ahead option knowing / expecting some bumps along the way but never the less enjoying the ride.
We have some tough games remaining in December.
Time for the players to step up.
Time for Gerrard to rally the troops.
Time for us to back the team as only we know how.
In Gerrard We Trust.
Let’s Go! 55!

UnionJack

1.) 06 Dec 2018 16:17:35
Couldn't agree more uj. Some folk have short memories. A combination of poor play and bad luck did for ua last night. We accept it, boot Morelos in the nether regipn, and move on.

2.) 06 Dec 2018 16:28:43
Well said UJ.

3.) 06 Dec 2018 17:26:14
I'm convinced Morelos is as thick as two short planks, how many times can you tell an individual not to do stupid things, and Tav is not a captain in a million years. Last nights result doesn't get away from the fact we are a massive improvement on last year and it will only get better under SG.

4.) 06 Dec 2018 18:51:27
Biggest problem I feel with Morelos is he does not understand English. So he does not know what. Players are saying to calm him down.
Eighteen months and ant grasp basic phrases, poor.

5.) 06 Dec 2018 19:27:50
Spot on union jack!

6.) 06 Dec 2018 19:44:43
Union Jack

Your being very very harsh on Wallace who has been nothing but loyal to the club. I can understand Borisic keeping him out the team but not Flanagan or Halliday. Also surprised at the way some of the support have turned on Wallace. That’s people with short memories.

7.) 06 Dec 2018 20:18:15
@arthurd - short memories? Are you forgetting Wallace was earning £10,000 a week for playing in the 3rd division? Or that his girlfriend was pregnant at the time and didn't want to move South?
Loyalty is a 2 way street.

8.) 06 Dec 2018 20:19:37
ArthurD he is not fit enough to play in first team.

9.) 06 Dec 2018 20:29:39
Union Jack,

So now you are slating him for staying? Do you know his wife personally that she told you that? Absolutely incredible that you have turned on a guy who was loyal to the club when others left and are now using him staying as a stick to beat him with. As for his wage he was entitled to that and there were plenty of people bought by Ally that were on healthy contracts that contributed nothing Kevin Kyle for one.

10.) 06 Dec 2018 20:47:01
Jboy21,

According to Gerrard the only reason he isn’t playing is because he thinks he has better players in that position than Wallace.

11.) 06 Dec 2018 21:33:09
Arthur d when did u last watch him on a park. I saw him on Monday, a shadow of what he was.

12.) 07 Dec 2018 07:45:41
Union Jack. Best and most sensible post I have read on here in a long time. Well done pal.

13.) 07 Dec 2018 09:47:16
Jboy21

When was the last time you watched Flanagan at left back? He has been awful and I can’t imagine Wallace a natural left footed player would be worse.

14.) 07 Dec 2018 11:54:44
@arthurd - where have I slated him for staying? I’ve given you reasons why he stayed . And the girlfriend one came straight from Wallace’s mouth in an interview at the time.

I’m just counteracting you and others elevating him to club legend status. He was a good player for us and gave some fantastic performances at times. But I think you and others are forgetting he was out of form for a few months prior to his injury nightmare.

I’ll stick with Gerrard's decision to not play him and if you think Wallace would have made a difference against the Sheep then that’s your prerogative. 👍
P.S. next you’ll be wanting Miller back after his midweek hatrick! 😆.

15.) 07 Dec 2018 20:32:47
Bindo, in my opinion Wallace is no where near the fitness level of Flanagan, Flanagan should not be played lb either.

06 Dec 2018 15:27:45
Another bad result and poor performance against a dire Sheep side.
We badly need an attacking midfielder who can also pick out a quality pass.

UnionJack

1.) 06 Dec 2018 23:17:15
Jordan Rossiter.

2.) 07 Dec 2018 08:43:57
jordon rossiter is a waste of a wage. sadly never going to be able to play regularly. cut the losses and get rid in january

shame as the kid had serious potential.

@DBbear - so you want £5 million plus for a player who ‘ is never a captain, can’t concentrate when it matters and can’t defend’?
You should join the list of ‘fans’ on here who want rid of the liability that is Morelos but won’t accept anything less than £12 - £15 million!
So being honest, if you want rid of players due to ‘ talent or temperament ‘ why should other clubs pay decent money for them?
