@gersman if you don't need to explain anything to me then why shoot down the opinion that the bids reported in the media a load of rubbish. You obviously can't offer me a reasonable explanation and would rather just bury your head in the sand and make up reasons not to offer me an explanation!
@jetmayfair no not all business' operate with a level of debt. Yes Man Utd have debt so what's your point? You are not Man United ( nowhere near that level), you don't have any banking facilities nor a steady stream of income hence the requirement for soft loans and payday loans from Close Brothers! Just say what your trying to saying with talking about being unable to afford your mortgage and Man Utd lol
@coldo well done for picking up on my deliberate use of the words you / your 4 times. It seems if you post sensible posts on here and don't live a deluded bubble then you must be from the Dark side! Clearly I ruin the delusion for most on here with my educated, realistic and informed posts. @gersman you are clearly misinterpretating my use of the word "you". I asked you to explain how it makes sense to you if it was you that couldn't afford Murphy's upfront fee, if it was you that ko'd bids for Morelos but a few weeks later secure a loan against your assests. I know they are not your assests but by doing this seems to make sense to you whereas it doesn't to me. At the start of my post I said "We " didn't spend any money in the summer it was soft loans provided to us for the purpose of player recruitment. Do you really think I used the word "you/ your 4 times by mistake? Just making a point. So perhaps you can explain to me how it makes sense to you and stop looking for ways to avoid my request for an explaination by kidding on you misread my post lol

We didn't spend money in the Summer it was soft loans provided to us for the purpose of player recruitment. You couldn't afford the upfront fee for Murphy in January instead you took a loan deal. You then as far as you believe ko'd outrageous sums of money for Morelos. Then a few weeks later you secure a £3m loan against your assets for the purpose of making up the short fall until the end of the season and beyond. Perhaps you can explain to me how any of this makes sense to you? Because I don't get it!

@coldo you are disrespecting yourself with your ignorance. I said I don't believe the figures reported in the media! I do believe when the club say they have received bids however I don't believe the figures quoted in the media! The club have not confirmed the figures quoted in the media which only enhances my believe that the figures quoted in the media are inaccurate.
