kris boyd has definetly been approached I first instance by k mcdowall boyd thought it was only to sell tickets but macoist has now been in touch and offered him more than the £3500 aberdeen bid with a better deal for him in premiership to be further talks to day with m donnichie and macoist signing imenent

wull61

1.) Why offer him £3, 500 extra per week? That is £182,000 per year and over half a million on a three year contract. Doesn't that just typify the stupidity of those running the club? £350 a week is still £18, 200 per year extra and if Boydy is such a big Gers fan surely a little bit extra would have done the job to get him back to his spiritual home?
Some might say just offer him the same money. The papers in Aberdeen were saying no offer has so far been made, as Boyd has other people to talk to.

2.) Is Wull not saying that Aberdeen offered £3500 pw and McC has offered to better that?

3.) No your correct the OP is saying the Dons have offered him £3. 5K- I've gone off on one without reading the post properly- on my soap box today- apologies

4.) No change there then nbear

5.) Oaft- stunning post- well that certainly puts me in my place- who ever you are

the long arm of the law has caught up with whyte in mexico they must be meaning buisness after the trouble he has caused club I would go and bring him back myself he probably have to be formally extradited

wull61

1.) 27 Nov 2014 11:15:28
Finally will this mean justice for rangers? And what about Charlie boy and all his cronies will they be having a few twitchy moments at the thought of whyte coming back and singing like a canary

2.) Glad Whyte has been arrested and hopefully truth will out. I don't really understand any of this but if the sale to Whyte was fraudulent can that have any positive repercussions for us? Would we be due any money or compensation? For the club not Murray as I think he still deserves much of the blame? Ae there repercussions for who does or does not own the assets? Is that why board won't give guarantees re loans? A script writer couldn't make this stuff up and believable!

3.) Stefreid: No expert myself on this, don't think there will be any monetary gain for us as is, but by all accounts it will be a big trial with lots of witnesses and productions. SDM and Mr Smith have been allegedly cited so you can be sure there will be lots more. When its all over we will have most, if not all the answers we seek.

4.) 27 Nov 2014 15:33:45
Anybody that knows my past posts knows I indicated there were 'others' involved in the planning of this fraud and the fraudulent handing over to Green by means of accused Fraudsters Duff and Phelps.
The main instigator in all this was Andrew Ellis he tried o do the scam a year before and failed it, was only when Green/Ahmad/Stockbridge got together with Ellis and Whyte that they managed using Withey at Collier Bristow to 'fabricate' a good enough looking package to "Dupe" Murray and allow TSB to get what they desperately wanted. The lack of adequate due diligence was a total disgrace as this deal would never have made it through any normal due diligence proceedure for a deal of this size involving an institution such as Rangers FC and multi millions. That apart the complete process from beginning to possibly even now is founded on a massive fraud and this will potentially turn out to be the largest ever fraudulent scheme in the UK, the figures involved for 'missing' un accounted for funds is over 50million pounds

Hoping 7 to 10 year sentences are handed out to all of them.

george

5.) "Justice for Rangers" how does arresting a cretin bring justice to our team.?
Everything done unfortunately was done in the name of "RANGERS".
The people in charge the owners etc are in effect "Rangers" so anything done be it win cups, give out to charity's etc etc is done in our name, not the people at the top? if there is nasty stuff to come out its all been done under the "Rangers" banner in our name?? so don't start that justice nonsense, we sat back and let this shower of,, crap besmirch the great name of Rangers us the fans we clapped them in we sang their praises?? until we weren't happy. No change there unfortunately. and will most likely do the exact same again and again.

6.) George I applaud your apparent knowledge of this debacle. I like probably all bears would like to see those persons jailed for how ever long. but how does this help us just now. for me this only adds to the already gaping wound that is Rangers. i'm afraid it's the fans who ultimately continue to suffer through this whole sorry saga. we are a laughing stock both on and off the park. unfortunatley we will still be in the same position even if guilty verdicts are handed out to those involved. we will still have a manager who is completely inept, a team which is probably the worst I can remember and fans squabbling amongst ourselves.

7.) George - you went on at length about the long game and the stadium robbery so what's Happenin with that?

i have been advocating the boycott to cease but look at this way the boycott in all probability has at least got groups wanting to take club over ashley in one side king/letham/murray/and taylor who has purchased shares continuing the boycott won't harm either party only the club will suffer this season more than the last 2 because we have stronger opponenents let's finnish the boycott and et club back into premiership in 7 short months by which time we will know who controls club and then all go forward together we have had our spell in the wilderness let's end the squabling and crack on

wull61

1.) 02 Nov 2014 17:09:59
Wull61:I've yet to see any evidence of a real boycott to be honest. If you are referring to the poor turn out at the St Johnstone game, that could be attributed to the weather, the fact it was on BBC?
The midweek turnouts were about 18 thousand anyway so let's see what happens next home game.I'll be there anyway.

2.) Wul61. Couldn't agree more let's get back to supporting the team, get promoted and take it from there.

3.) Why. . ?leave it until later yet again. We have had our fingers burnt a number of times now, do we need to still be sitting with our heads in the sand yet again? for another year or so.
We pay the fiddlers then they will keep on fiddling until Rome burns i'm afraid.
Go to the games sure but give them nothing else for god sake.

4.) Wull61 your right support the team through thick and thin that's what true supporters do boycott= turning your back on the club

5.) @3. I am sure wull61 is calling for the boycott on going to games, as we need a strong support for our team.
As far as boycotts on Sports Direct, McGill's etc. go ahead if you like, but I think you'll be wasting your time as most sensible adults will make up their own minds.

6.) Gkk if u don't see evidemce of boycott u must be blind how many 40k plus crowds this season

7.) 03 Nov 2014 10:59:45
Wull61: I am certainly not blind pal you just aren't making yourself clear, are you talking about a boycott since the board accepted Ashleys loan? Or are you talking about a season ticket boycott? That's the main reason attendances are down.I don't see that Ashleys involvement has caused much of a boycott, if you are basing it on the St Johnstone game.

8.) Obviously the season ticket boycott that's what is hurting club the most i had stopped going but my gripe was macoist and the drivel served up on the park but the perfomances are a bit better and macoists turn will come so i have started going back

1.) Just more money grabbers milking it ):

2.) Aye wull61, I think thing will hit home now to those that didn't see this coming.

We've been pulled from pillar to post, for too long. I don't know if the founations can handle it much more.

Pure gutted feeling today about this.

Billy b your way of the mark with that one bank of scotland lifted their security to allow all assets to go to whyte for the pound from murray once they had reiceived the 18m from whyte via ticketus this is where the major fraud liess because at that stagge whyte did not control rangers or the right to season ticket monies because whyte had to show the bank of scotland and murray that the money was in whytes lawyers client account

We can say this player is no good orthis is not bad but the fact of the matter is macoist can't bring the best out of any of them they are played out of position or starved of the ball he signed boyd who as I feared is hopless not fit and can't fit into the one man up front with another manager the difference would probably be ten times better with some decent coaching and innovative tactics who could be brought in certainly not terry butcher or billy davis maybe s mcoll I don't know but until there is a change in managers we can't really slag players off to much becuse they all done well until macoist got his hands on them even lee waallace

The problem is macoist never actually took a pay cut he took defferment so if he was sacked he would need to be paid back all the defferment but if I was in charge I would take the chance and give him the bullet and tie him up in legal red tape for a while and then come to deall which is paid up in stages which is the norm today s I have said simples he must go
