Sky Sports reporting that Brandon Barker will be in Glasgow today to complete loan deal. I understand he is a Rangers fan too.

I have heard this is not a loan deal i have heard that he is coming on a permanent deal and a fee has been agreed with man city. don't think we need another winger tho.
