From what I can make out veerman was no 1 target had we made cl. That’s gone now so bacuna is next option. Huddersfield fans like him but he can blow hot and cold but maybe that’s a team thing because he has ability the fans maybe expect him to carry team. He travels well with the ball and is versatile.

John I’d much prefer veerman in all honesty but if it’s bacuna or any other player I’ll trust recruiting and back 100% I don’t know what’s happening regarding James garner but he’s a player who has always impressed me.

Just a wee update on Veerman. I texted my source and he told me, that we are still in discussions. Apparently one of the options that's being discussed is a year loan with a buy option.
But to through a spanner in the works Hev are also in discussions with an undisclosed La Liga team.
He said that Hev are trying to hold out as they need cash as C.V. has apparently hit them hard financial.
All sounds very complicated to me but the one thing that could go in our fav is that they have a very unhappy player.
Suppose time will tell.

Bacuna and Veerman are different types of player. Bacuna is more attack minded, (presumably a possible replacement for Arfield), whereas Veerman is more defensively minded as far as I know.
