Due to our current financial situation a win against Lyon will give us about another 350k min. Geo imho will be wanting to add more quality to our squad in Jan. There is also the small matter of co eff points and keeping building a momentum. lyon are a CL level team that we should be going toe to toe with, with our strongest team. It will also give us valuable practice when and if we win the league and will be playing Lyon level teams.

So don't agree it's just a bounce game.

Rangers have never once played a 'bounce game' at this level. There is money, prestige and learning at stake here and for us to treat it otherwise would be foolish in the extreme.
