Any one know the score with Arron Ramsey the papers are saying juventus are wanting to terminate his deal in summer that and he's not played much makes me think something else is going on with him.

His deal is only to the summer all we have said is we won’t be signing him permanently that was never going to happen anyway.

Does anyone know what's actually wrong with him? has he just come here and decided he doesn't fancy it and phoned in sick.

Juventus would love to terminate his contract today if they could but unfortunately for them he still has another year left after this season. Put yourself in Aaron Ramseys shoes would you be in any rush to move to another team permanently when you can just stay on Juve's books picking up four hundred thousand every week. Imagine having to pay that much money to someone who will never play for your club again utter madness and well done Ramsey for getting that deal in the first place.

Ramsey will be back doing his stuff on the pitch shortly and we will all be singing his praise.

Listen at the time most fans thought signing Ramsay was a great bit of business but it hasn't worked out and probably won't given his injury record. Shame but I won't critisce the club for taking the punt.

Questions were raised over Ramsay's fitness from the start. This was nothing more than another ill-conceived deal by Wilson after he failed to bring in any quality players in January. Just a youngster from Manchester United with no real experience of playing in front of big crowds. All we are seeing coming through the doors at Ibrox these days are injury prone players and journeymen!
The league is going to be a real struggle due to the failure of our Board and our DoF in particular to bring in quality!

Berkshire, so what is your view when Gio was asked about Ramsey,
I wanted him here it is a no brainer, Diallo has played full crowds at old Trafford

And who are the journey men u refer too.

John, by my standards the following would be journeymen, Sands, Wright, Itten, Simpson; injury prone players, Balogun, Roofe, the quality players that I believe we have at Rangers are McGregor, Tavernier, (especially as an attacking full back), Davis, Barasic, Aribo, Kamara, Arfield, Kent and Morelos.
A fully fit Ramsay would clearly be a quality player but a Ramsay that hadn't played competitive football for months was always going to take time to be fully match fit. Unfortunately he isn't likely to be at that level until the latter end of the Season. As far as Amad is concerned, as far as I am aware he has only played one full game for Manchester United but I could be wrong. You know that I don't rate Wilson in terms of incoming transfers and I believe that this is evidenced by how few of his signings are regular first team players. If we see ourselves as Champions, able to compete in the Champions League then we need to see the club sign better players. Otherwise we have to accept that we will always be prone to being second best in Scotland and also rans in Europe.

Thanks for reply Berkshire, don’t agree re 2nd next in Scotland
Yes re Europe as we simply cannot compete financially.
Take Dortmund Reyna and Bellingham worth more that rangers squad added together.
We pay players like aribo, Bassey 5 k a week, so ain’t competing at top level in Europe.
Whilst Ramsey clearly has not worked out yet, we have shown we can get seat at table in terms off that level off player.
I’m told we may get Palmer on loan next year from city and two more from Arsenal and Juventus
The quality players u refer to I’d be surprised if McGregor Davis and Arfield r still there. Also Balogun will move as struggles to play two in a row.
U blame Wilson re signings but both gerrard and Gio approved every one of Wilson signings.
I’m also told win league or not Gio wants 6 first team starters.
We aging watched Anderlect this week.

Thanks John, I can't disagree with you reference Gio wanting 6 first team starters for next season. With McGregor, Davis and Arfield all reaching the end of their careers, and Balogun struggling with injury that is four players that we need to replace and I would add Itten and Roofe to the list of players that we need to replace before we even start thinking about replacing players that might leave. My concern is that we won't bring in the quality needed.
Reyna and Bellingham, that you mention are both quality young players, exactly the quality of youngster that we need to be identifying but I am not sure that we have the scouting system yet. I would like to see us with a Scouting Network in Eastern Europe and the Far East and maybe even start looking at young players in the lowered English Leagues. We also need to be smarter in finding the quality youngsters in Scotland before they are picked up by the competition.
I am not a fan of Wright but I do like young Ferguson that I believe has the battling qualities that could replace Arfield. Unfortunately we won't get him now without paying serious money.
I guess I just want to see an upgrade in the quality signed and I just don't feel that it has been happening under Wilson.

Itten is a cert to leave Berkshire as is Katic, I personally would keep roofe.
We have a very good scouting system. We bring in what we can afford at this stage.
I think Eastern Europe and Africa r good markets.
Rangers will always struggle to hold onto quality youngsters, a guy like Wilson 16 getting offered 10 k by epl teams, we ain’t paying that when Jack gets 13k, Bassey aribo Simpson Wright all around 5 k
Whilst u don’t really like bosman market and Wilson signings that is where we r.
Phone away talk soon.

John, there are a lot of good quality players available on Bosmans at the end of this Season, I would gladly take four or five of them, (actually a lot more), but we won't get them for £5k, or even £20k a week. There is a reason that guys like Simpson and Wright are only earning £5k a week however I would personally rather pay £35k to £40k a week to a top quality player rather than have three mediocre players that don't contribute. Of course any transfer is always going to be a risk but generally the better the quality, the more likely that you get a better return on the money invested.

Berkshire we can’t sign bosmans as many on here say they r terrible and we must spend millions
Last two years we have had to carefully manage our finances.
If we get doehki on bosman u will still hear it getting rubbishd on here.
