Has anyone heard Bisgrove offered his resignation yesterday at board meeting.

There has been strong stories last two weeks he is going back to UEFA.

Not heard anything regarding bisgrove but quite clearly you have heard something John25 🤔.

Gutted if true John. What a job that man has done. He has taken Rangers into a different stratosphere commercially. It seems like every week for the past 2 seasons a new commercial deal was signed. I've said before that I genuinely believe he has been one of the most important signings our club have made in years.

If he leaves I hope it is to seek better opportunities for himself and his family and he isn't leaving because of the pressure from fans protesting. Shooting ourselves in the foot as a fan group. I can't believe this is happening.

Interesting if true John25. Maybe the planned Sydney Tournament and the negative reaction is the catalyst for any such resignation? Presumably, the lad’s remit is to increase commercial revenue streams but with no specific boundaries set by the Board. Maybe this has changed in light of the fans protesting and he’s offered to resign as a consequence of this? Maybe the prospect of a saying no to such a large fee would be the straw to break the camel’s back.

If true think thers somthing going on behimd closed doors for the worse for the club.

Wwpt, you would eh.

Don't think it's anything behind the scenes. It's the I'll judged fan pressure that will be forcing guys like Bisgrove out the club. Big big mistake over a "friendly". Sheer stupidity from the fans that are protesting. The Club1872 statement yesterday is clutching at straws and they certainly don't represent my view. From where we have come from to where we are now in every aspect of our club is remarkable and I commend the board and directors.

7.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 09:38:47
Guys imo it’s king who is working 1872 to detriment of our club.

8.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 10:09:53
I keep thinking back to SGs assistant, saying we wouldn't believe what was going on behind closed doors. Not what we need right now.

9.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 10:44:16
Bar I don’t think it’s been a secret the board, major shareholders particularly do not get on.

10.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 11:00:50
And now we have the sons of struth throwing there name into the hat, next we will have a statement from King. Not what we need at this stage in the season I’m no fan of the current board but there’s a time and place for this and that’s after the season is finished.

Regarding bisgrove resigning due to fans, this is sad.

G4rry why do u not like current board saved our club,

Bgate where u hearing he is resigning due to fans.

13.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 12:01:07
It wouldn't surprise me if he did resign.
Why would a respected and successful Commercial Director want to be held back by the narrow minded views of our support?

14.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 12:41:15
John 25 regarding bisgrove this may or may not be true was on supporters club group chat.

15.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 13:11:11
MPH, won't be just Bisgrove that considers his future.

If the minority of bigots filled with hatred and bile have the power to influence the way our club is run we will see a reluctance from any intelligent player, coach, manager etc to sign up with us.

The fact that some of our fans cannot put their historic hatred of Celtic demeans our own philosophy.

Time to name and shame those who sing the songs and shout the bile - get them banned from the club forever - there will be no shortage of modern, intelligent fans waiting to take their place.

16.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 13:36:02
DK we have a waiting list off 13000 for season tickets.
Rumours Barry Scott, Julian Wolthardt and Stuart Gibson ready to sell up their shares.
That should open door for Ashley to ride back in
Some need to be very careful what they wish for.

18.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 14:12:24
Agree with you here John, real undercurrent of toxicity in our fanbase, some power struggles and tug of war with ego and it's spilling into the club now.

19.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 16:06:46
It could cause us real damage.

20.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 16:12:45
I actually think that Bisgrove has been one of the success stories with what he has done to increase Revenue at the Club and for me that is our number one priority so that we can bring in better quality players. I suspect thatches whole issue goes much deeper and it wouldn't surprise if in part it has been orchestrated by King since there are clear issues between him. and the Parks Family. I have heard that King is not the only shareholder that has issues with Parks with the appointment of his son being part of the problem.
I fear that if we don't win the league this season that it will only get worse and the Board will bear the brunt of the criticism for our failure.

21.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 16:26:55
If we’re likely to post a profit in June accounts does it follow that the share price will be boosted? Maybe there’s a lot of posturing between shareholders in anticipation of this?

22.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 17:17:08
Renfrew if we don't post healthy profit in june then there's something seriously wrong.

23.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 17:36:01
Not necessarily Renfrew, I agree with Paul. We should make a profit, will be interesting what spend we make on facilities.

24.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 17:39:08
John I just don’t like the way they have did things lately with the banning of Sutton and Lennon and putting BT Sport in a position to make a public pop at us and they whole Cinch thing is just another petty spat. I know some Gers fans applaud the club for the bans and the Cinch deal as most of my friends group do agree with the club but I think it makes us look foolish and petty.

25.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 17:57:32
This is not good news and now king has made a statement saying he will cover the cost of the Aussie mini tournament now 🙈.

26.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 18:10:47
Do we get this season europa this season john? Or is that paid out next season. By my calcs we can't be far off 30 mill all in for europe. on top of patterson money and SG money so another 16 mill.

27.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 19:12:48
The bans as I have written b4 were wrong and was down to Park.
Cinch fiasco also a farce.

Paul the money is paid in stages. Last payment was after Dortmund game with next payment due end of March. So effectively we r up to date.

28.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 20:32:09
john25 why do you say the bans on mutton and lennon are wrong, tell me any rangers supporting pundit that speaks or writes more drivel than that pair of dumplings.

29.) 23 Mar 2022
23 Mar 2022 20:44:34
Europa League cash is immediate - as John said, we get payment after each thing we achieve entitled to said payment for that. So payment after Dortmund, and the next one imminent for Red Star.

cinch agree with you, Park's own agenda there took over what was the right thing for the club to do. Do like Park but that one has been yet another bad call in a bunch of them since we won 55.

30.) 24 Mar 2022
24 Mar 2022 06:34:06
True blue because it shows our bigotry.
Plain and simple.

31.) 24 Mar 2022
24 Mar 2022 10:41:32
John we do have the right to refuse entry to anyone - but I agree those bans were petty and made us look stupid. But BT themselves backed down from their boycott of us as a result.

32.) 24 Mar 2022
24 Mar 2022 17:06:44
John25, I agree with you 100% regarding the ban on Sutton. It was embarrassing and I don't believe that it has done us any good with the Media. Park was also seriously at fault at dragging us in to his spat with CINCH. That was a personal matter for him and his Family Business to take up with the SPFL. (irrespective of the incompetence of the SPFL the particular issue that we were dragged into was not a Rangers issue) . I personally do not like the arrogance that Parks has shown including the co-opting of his son on to the Board.
I fear that things will get worse unless Parks and King can sort their issues and put Rangers Football Club ahead of their own own self interests.

33.) 24 Mar 2022
24 Mar 2022 20:50:15
Berkshire technical park junior was voted onto board at agm, and received over 95% off vote.
You req70% to get on board, this will be kings problem in returning.

34.) 25 Mar 2022
25 Mar 2022 20:46:54
Bb, i think mr parks is in the right, he had his bmw add signed sealed and running at ibrox, before the cinch deal over ruled mr parks deal at ibrox, contracts do they mean nowt because it concerns rangers fc?

35.) 27 Mar 2022

John25, I don't see any benefit of King being back on the Board. We need more investment, King talks a lot but when it comes to serious investment all his funds are tied up in knots in South Africa and I am not sure what other contacts he has that would invest. As for Parks, I appreciate that his son was voted on to the Board, I just don't see what he brings to the Club, it just stinks of nepotism to me. The Parks Family are far from the wealthiest on our Board and I would rather see Board Members being significant Investors. That is why I don't like Fan Ownership, (unless you are Barcelona),
Amorelos, I am not saying that Parks was not in the right, I am saying that he shouldn't have got Rangers embroiled in the dispute. I also don't agree with any wealthy Rangers Fan putting money into Scottish Football unless it is into our Club. I really don't see the benefit in giving a penny to our Competitors.
