Great money if true but why on earth would Aribo want to go to Forest? Whipping boys and back to championship the following season. I think we should sell Aribo this window, we need to freshen things up but I will be sad to see him go, I just can’t see it being to them and if Gio wants him to stay then I think we can provide a better contract along with European football and silverware.

Baxter, he can double his wages staying with us as it wouldn’t break the bank, £14k pw is what he is on I believe just now. Play in the premiership, great for one season getting pumped week in week out and then they’re back in championship. I could understand if it was palace or Brentford to be back in London close to family and friends. Give up the chance to play in champions league for EPL mediocrity. None of us know what his true motivation and goal is, I am happy for him to go and if we get £15m from forest then delighted with that. I suspect he may want better for himself though. Time will tell.

If that were me, I'd be playing in the English premiership amongst the best players. Testing myself and pushing myself to the limit, with a better chance of showing my talents and earning an even bigger move. Oh and earning a lot lot more than I would in Scotland.
