According to several reports today, colak is gio's no.1 striker target with others as back up targets should gio not be able to sign his primary target ?Rangers allegedly stepping up the chase for colak which is being described as a complex deal ?This could be a long drawn out affair ?.

It wouldn’t be the rangers way if it wasn’t complex Sir Walter. I am a little surprised that Gio’s one won target is a centre forward to put Gerard’s team out the champions league qualifiers. What do our scouting team actually do?

Shouldn't be that complex not at big team not in great form and flopped for his current team twice if it's difficult it's because they are asking more than he's worth an pull out. Shouldn't be held to ransom for anyone.

Colak for me should be on the list for if Morelos and Co stay. If we sell any of the big players I'd hope for something much better. Don't see him as much more than potential backup.

I don't believe the Press have a clue what we are up to and that is causing them great upset! I still expect to see a couple of signings next week once we are into July. hard to believe that Colak is Gio's number one priority. Surely he is a replacement for Itten.

There are still a number of quality Bosmans available, not necessarily Tier 1, but certainly Tier 2, and while we have lost out Chief Scout, I can't believe that it is overly complicated to source information on these guys.

As for contracts I would imagine that they can take quite a bit of time these days with add ons etc., especially with Agents involved.

I'm still hoping that Kent and Morelos sign a new contract and that we bring in four or five new players with at least three of them being first team starters.

Theres been a clamour recently for us to have a Kris Boyd type player who would just get us goals in the SPL

Read Colak’s stats, very impressive

If Morelos stays he would be first pick striker for all Euro and important games

If Morelos leaves we will buy an additional marquee striker

Colak would be purchased as a quality replacement for Itten, with the emphasis on quality.

hope I'm wrong (if we sign him) but colak for me looks a bit like Itten did on YouTube, technically ok, but not consistent or prolific.
(but then again i didn't like lundstrom so I could be wrong! )
