Very quiet on here, a bit of quiet contemplation maybe or silent rage? ah well 3 points today should liven things up?.

I think lot's of folk have took it pretty hard with us only signing 3 players. Gross negligence from the board some were even saying. Poor wee souls but i have no sympathy for them as there is free help widely available for mad folk and that's up to them if they refuse it. Me on the other hand is a very happy camper and looking forward to part 2 of our season.

We signed what looks to be 3 cracking players, 2 of which will likely be our permanent players next season.

We have more than enough players in this squad to win the treble and we have the form behind us.

I’m honestly not sure what folk are moaning about.

Some people are just desperate to sign anybody which isn’t the right strategy in my opinion.

The question we should be asking Is: Is the squad stronger than it was before the window open? YES, we've signed, by all accounts, 3 very promising players, kept Butland and Yilmaz. Time will tell if PC will regret not getting in another striker but it wasn't for the lack of trying.

Midfielders simply need to up their goalscoring efforts. Raskin, Cantwell haven't been providing enough in goals and assists. Even John Lundstram should be getting 6 or 7 goals a season. I seen stat the other day that we have scored one goal direct from a corner this season. This is another stat that needs improvement 2nd half of the season.
