Reading a report this morning that real madrid president and manager very interested in signing our current loanee ianis hagi. As we're led to believe, we have first option to buy hagi permanently from his current parent club gent for around £4.5million. Looks like quite a few clubs interested in signing hagi permanently which include napoli, lazio and reports of man city and spurs showing interest. This boy has great ability and looks like he'll go on to become a special player, so rangers must act quickly by deciding to take up the option, of signing him permanently! Its even reporting that the real madrid president will wait for rangers to conclude the permanent signing of hagi for the agreed £4.5million and then quickly offer rangers an almost double your money profit, by buying hagi from us for £8.8million. Thoughts on hagi fellow bears? 🤔.

I don't see why Real would do that Coop? If they want him, all we have is first option. He can easily say no to use and then go off to Spain with them dealing directly with his current club? Don't think he is near that level but agree that we need to make sure we get him.

{Ed001's Note - the suggestion of interest is from his agent who said Man City and Jose Mourinho asked how Hagi was getting on. That may have just been a friendly inquiry because of who his dad is or just being polite. It doesn't necessarily mean those clubs are interested. Obviously it is in his agent's interest to make it look like they are and the media just want to create clicks by mentioning big clubs in a story.}

Hes been decent, scored a couple important goals but he's light years away from being a gazza or a laudrup. but saying that we've not had a gazza or laudrup type player in years.
