If Lyon are a Champions League outfit then we are better staying well clear. They are not one of the top quality CL teams but average.

I think Lyon are better than average mate, but I agree Rangers aren’t really ready for champions league, I was absolutely slaughtered for saying the valuations of some players was ridiculous, and delusional, but that’s exactly what it was, Rangers aren’t at the level for our players to be anywhere near the 20 million mark, some people were actually saying clubs can start at 20 million for guys who play in Scotland, unless they are exceptional ( tierney) then they are never going to attract that sort of price, only Kamara comes close.

Yeah Tt12 they are better than average within the Europa League buddy but I was comparing them to the likes of the top CL teams ie. Liverpool, Man City, B. Munich etc.

They were in the semis in the CL 2 seasons ago so they can more than compete at the highest level.

That was the year it was the 1 legged format because of C.V.. Non comparable to every other year tbf.
