Last night was a hard watch at times.
Outplayed and out thought by a side capable of creating chances but not putting enough of them away.
Armchair frustration at boiling point.
I thought the defence was poor.
I thought the midfield 3 were a yard of the pace.
And I thought the front 3 didn't do enough when the ball was played up to them.
Tactically we were also poor.
First half we committed too many players forward without any real conviction which left us exposed at the back when we lost the ball.
Second half, I felt we sat too far back with players getting in each other's way.
BUT.
When all is said and done, we are into today's draw for the Quarter Finals of the Europa League.
And that is a great achievement for the players and management in the current footballing landscape.
They have given us another European night at Ibrox on our 150th Anniversary to enjoy.
Our first last 8 in Europe since 2008.
What's not to love?
When and where will it end? Who knows.

Agree mph, that first goal was very poor defending by us, thought mcgregor was by far our best player last night, the way he's performed especially in europe could earn him another year with us next season.

Absolutely fantastic to get to last 8, but I can't help feeling we are riding our luck ever so slightly.
And if Alf is out for a wee while that could make the make or break for the next 6 weeks.

I would give Mcgregor MOTM for us, SGL.
And I agree with Lundstram being the pick of the outfield players.

Cant fault the effort however team didn't play well last night. Alfredo had a stinker. McGregor, lundstram and kent got us thru. Is Ramsay on a pay per play deal?

Had to miss a large part last night, family emergency, but I agree with MPH, red star pressed us and forced little errors, we looked slow to react at times in the first half, inviting pressure, but an overall great team performance, we could not have expected this at the start of the season. As they say
"Onwards and upwards", looking forward to the draw!
