Does anyone know if the 4000 free tickets for Seville are part of the 9,500 allocation?

Going by reading all the various outlets I gather both teams were given an extra 4000 tickets free to hand loya supporters rather than hand them to sponsors ect then the rags went with the let's puss the rangers fans off and make it sound like less tickets, it's the business section sponsors and media missing out as gio said its an almost 50/ 50 split around 15000 each and the rest for the fat cats is what I can see.
