Morning Bears, well done the young players. Good to see everyone in good spirits. We have hit real highs this year with our European run . I think most of the UK will be cheering us on come Wednesday. When we win this trophy our players value will all rise. I have no real reason to ridicule any of them. I think Borna is past his best, we should offload while he is playing ok purely for money reason. Goldson will be missed, I was initially cross at his stance but good luck to him. I have been a big fan of Alfredo, Borna and Kent. But if we can cuff the Germans. I would try and capitalize on our stock at a decent price. We have good players like Bassey and Balogun excelling . If Gio can match his tactics with player spotting we should be ok. A wee question folks, who has been your go to player for making you smile up until now? Kent for me as he comes alive in the European games and I'm backing him to dribble by 3 on Wednesday and blast the back of the net. ??.

Chunky. For me the big plus has been the outstanding form of John Lundstram. What a player he has turned out to be and he can score goals too.

Though Gerrard introduced Patterson to the first team - but he was never going to get in front of Tav and even Gio said when he left it was a great deal for the club for a 2nd choice player.
And I’m sure King got a debut under him?
And although we bought Bassey, Gerrard had no fears playing him.
And what age was Kent and Hagi when Gerrard gave them debuts?
