I am not sure Morelos will even be able to go to another club, he is nowhere near fit, and will be lucky to make the season start.
Would make a medical difficult as well, any team willing to pay millions are likely to wait and see how his return goes, January might be more likely.

One Walter to sell a player you need a buyer and he needs to want to sign for said buyer.
Alf for example could run down contract then negotiate 3 million signing on fee somewhere.
