The one thing I think we've done well in the past few years is recruit and hold on to leaders. All through the team we have captains and vice captains at some point or currently in some form or another and if you look at the way lundstram plays he plays and conducts himself like a captain too. Personally think it shows the strength of character and respect that Tav has to be surrounded by able men and still be selected to lead them. Don't think he gets the credit he deserves some times.

His Rangers story is excellent.

One of my favourite players and I’m going back a few years now.

Love the player.

Tav is a rock for us, total dependable player, always turns up and try’s his best. We are lucky to have a player like him who practically never gets injured. Yes he’s made mistakes, but who doesn’t? I think the comment he made in the match programme maybe made people give him a hard time.

I for one am glad he’s extended his contract, guys a legend!

Tav has got better as he has gotten better players around him and better managers. Players and tactics that help to get the best out of him. He frustrates me at times but mainly because we know what he's capable of so we demand that level all the time. Once Tav retires we will recognise him as a legend but until then I'll still slaughter him if he doesn't bring the required levels ?.
