Hi Guys not posted in a while but after reading some of the posts today I have to say I am totally bewildered, we must have some of the most negative fans in the world on this site.
Today was a friendly against a top 4 team from the English Premier league, which imo is the best league in the world. We held our own for spells with some really good passages of play but we have fans who only want to put down one of our players.
New season just around the corner and I personally think with the new additions and hopefully no more leaving we are well placed for an exciting season ahead.
Let's give every player our full. suppoet and get right behind them from the 1st game.

Bang on 100% hills, our fans have the ability to be a disgrace at times. We can be great but have the ability to be shocking when they want to be.

I actually had to double check, genuinely I thought we’d just been knocked out of the champions league.

It’s absolutely mental there squad is Incredible! Son and Kane are the best partnership goals and assist in prem history they have Kula or Richarlison with them now aswell ? Honestly so negative it’s unbelievable 2-1 ain’t bad at all.

Agree with you both lads, typical overreaction on here imagine getting beat from spurs who brought on a sub who cost more than our entire squad. In fact just gwt them all out, unacceptable result.

Totally disagree, just because Spurs team are worth millions doesn't automatically guarantee them a win. As above" we held our own", I agree with that. However if everybody had played to their potential then we could of had the win. We had a good few players who were off par. Also disagree with " it's only a friendly ". You play for Rangers - you play to win. Having said that we had some players who played great but certainly not our best performance. Am I being negative? No- It's my honest opinion. Apparently opinions upset a few on here though!

Storm I get people are entitled to their opinion and I would never say anyone couldn't give theirs but to totally slate one of our own players after a preseason friendly is my point.

I've seen Souttar getting ripped on Twitter today. The guy's went from playing on the right in a back 3 for Hearts to playing as a left CB in a back four for us against a world class, in form front 3. He's also overcoming injury and getting up to speed. Total overreaction if you ask me.

Overall I thought we did well again today, don’t get some of the comments on here tonight.

The positives for me, kolac getting a goal. Thought we were the better team first half. Matondo looks like he is going to be a real player. Tillman had some really nice touches when he came on. Mcgregors shot stopping was class again. For me Gio treated this as a competitive match, made very few subs and I think that’s our starting line up next Saturday. Also really enjoyed watching Souttar half Richarlison?. Really enjoyed watching Son in the flesh, his movement and class is great to watch.

Negatives, mcgregors distribution was a worry. Too many times we had a gaping hole through the middle where our midfield was missing when they turned the ball over. Defence ball watching on a few occassions which cost us, hard to be overly critical of defence based on the forward line they were facing. It really frustrates me that we had a number of opportunities to shoot from range but didn’t.

I am not discouraged by the result at all, lots of positives to take and some of the problems are easily fixed on the training ground. Hopefully tomorrows game sees other players get some much needed minutes before showtime next week.
