Derek clark from the rangers review has stated that steven davis should be brought back into our midfield for tomorrow and with the view to starting him against union on tuesday night ? He says that when you look at the stats for any of our midfielders breaking the lines to open the opposition up wee davo is the top man and its there in stats how he outperformed all 3 of our midfielders who started last tuesday, against union ?He goes on to say he doesn't care what age davo is, as in his opinion he's still capable of starting in the rangers midfield and heavily influencing games, he has that ability in abundance ?.

Can`t play Davo and Lundstram together in midfield in my opinion as they are both best sitting deepest of the midfield. I do think with Lundstram pushed into the back 3 on Tuesday Davis could have done a job controlling the midfield instead of a struggling Jack. I still think Lundstram and Kamara are our best two at the moment and a more attacking player in front of them . I have no concerns about Kamara playing in his proper position .

Not for me am afraid. Games he played last season thot he looked slower and late in the tackle gave away couple needless pens last season. Will possibly play a handful of games this season.

I like Davis I think he offers more than kamara who goes sideways and backwards too much.

Davis doesn't need to be fast in the midfield area he plays in John26,his brain is fast, simple as that for me mate ?.

Been reading this site for a while now, thought time to join in. Seems Mclaughlin and Colak are the fall guys regarding USG game for a lot of people. The whole team were awfull, I think to slate two guys in particular seems a bit unfair. I just wonder if people get what they want and Macgregor back as no.1 will they hang him out to dry if he makes a wee mistake.

I agree coops no is good enough to be manager on here. Tho I think TT a should be manager as he is the best poster on here ? we would have lost Bassey and Patterson for nothing if it was up to him for breaking C.V. rules even tho he admitted he broke them too ?.

Stuart, a lot of posters on here of late seem to like putting the boot into glen kamara, Kamara is the most calming influence in the whole team imo, takes the ball anytime, always making himself available by making space, never shrinks, always up for it, great player .

i agree fraser, i think he's a great player, should be used more productively but very good ball retention.
