If it true boards have faith Gio will turn this round, plus fact Gio seems to think he can do this as well, where do they get optimism from, on evidence this season, tactics all wrong, players not fit enough, lack of effort, it would appear club are just sticking head in sand and hopeing for the best, something is seriously wrong at club, board just hiding behind Gio and letting him take blame of this shambles, will be interesting to see accounts to see where money has gone.
