Red Bull Arena (Ibrox) has a nice ring to it.

Asathor

1.) 04 Jun 2025 11:32:56
Asa, Red Bull Ibrox Arena.

2.) 04 Jun 2025 11:37:34
Are you asking or telling ASA?

3.) 04 Jun 2025 11:39:03
Are you teasing mate?

4.) 04 Jun 2025 11:39:30
Or a Moat as the real EHL eluded to. i think our Wings are going to make us Take Off.

5.) 04 Jun 2025 11:45:03
John i think that could be the part that divides the Fans the extra word you included i think may be omitted.

6.) 04 Jun 2025 11:46:02
How about the Red Bull Ibrox Salami Stadium just to mix it up a bit Asa? ??.

7.) 04 Jun 2025 11:48:21
100 million for the naming rights!

8.) 04 Jun 2025 12:03:07
So does the coca cola training centre.

9.) 04 Jun 2025 12:21:52
How much money realistically would we be talking about for naming right to Ibrox? Personally would rather it was called Ibrox red bull stadium.

10.) 04 Jun 2025 12:31:55
Couldn't agree more. Time to move with the times.

11.) 04 Jun 2025 12:41:02
Red Bull Ibrox Arena is absolutely fine with me. Will always be Ibrox Park to me anyway.

12.) 04 Jun 2025 12:51:20
They can call it what they want to bring in extra cash but it will always be called IBROX by our supporters .

13.) 04 Jun 2025 13:01:07
Looking around i would think maybe around 5 Million PA.

14.) 04 Jun 2025 13:02:43
Union 10,20m a year imho wouldn't be unrealistic prob nearer 10m.

15.) 04 Jun 2025 13:07:21
Polar I'm not so sure. We were very close to calling it the Heineken Ibrox Stadium under King and Bisgrove.

16.) 04 Jun 2025 13:11:26
Will always bring Ibrox anyway.

17.) 04 Jun 2025 13:16:17
Need to be realistic here Camp Nou gets €20M per year and Emirates gets €8.7M so I think that a figure closer to £5M seems realistic.

18.) 04 Jun 2025 13:17:46
Pepsi got the colours that will do but I would prefer Rolls Royce or anything that winds up the bogtrotting beggars.

19.) 04 Jun 2025 13:23:25
Surely it has to be a substantial deal for it to happen John? I imagine it won't just be stadium, would be branding/ advertisement throughout and selling of products etc.
I would be hoping for at least a few million per year.
Possibly the seats branded…. logo on seats like you see at some stadiums.

20.) 04 Jun 2025 13:25:41
10mill a year ?? absolute zero chance.

21.) 04 Jun 2025 13:40:59
I hink Angus price would be a good starting point.

22.) 04 Jun 2025 13:45:19
Will likely be £20m 5 years deal. And it shouldn't be called arena it should be red bull ibrox stadium surely.

23.) 04 Jun 2025 14:00:57
Even at £5m p/ a, we're talking about being able to make one additional decent level signing, or more than one additional free transfers / project players per year. To me it is a no brainer to accept a dela like that (so long as they don't take the micky with the name! ) . And if the income can be maximised by leaning on existing good relationships held by the new owners all the better.

24.) 04 Jun 2025 14:33:46
Hasn't Everton just sold theirs for £10m per year to a local solicitor? Emirates well out of date to measure against.

25.) 04 Jun 2025 14:35:00
Ibrox Red Bull Stadium, Got to be Ibrox 1st .

26.) 04 Jun 2025 14:36:16
Emirates gets £50 million all in for Emirates deal per season (shirt and stadium) and also get 75m from Adidas (no percentage of sales) . The emirates deal was in place for 5 years from 2023, superseeding the previous deal by 10m per annum. So no idea where your getting 8m from.

27.) 04 Jun 2025 14:58:36
Whatever brand we get in, it will be a welcome addition to our finance, red bull, coke, Pepsi etc, much better than the mob across the city, heard the midden is going to be sponsored by the swimming trunk manufacturer Speedo, but big Desmond scared it might fall off the stadium sign.

03 Jun 2025 21:18:23
Can I please clear one thing up.

Just because someone owns a part of a club does not mean they are briefed about operational decisions.

Only those in executive positions will be briefed on issues such as recruitment.

I have held executive positions in now 2 clubs but have had minor stakes in now 2 more and I would only get briefed or be a lead in the executive role.

Minor parties play minimal role in the governance of the club as that is why you create executive and recruitment teams.

Asathor

1.) 03 Jun 2025 21:24:21
Did ye aye?
Sorry mate… Had to be done there… ?‍♂️ I do actually read and take on board your posts lol.

2.) 03 Jun 2025 21:32:56
Asathor you certainly seem to be in the know. You appear to have the experience and the insight into how things at a football club are conducted. I look forward to your updates, long may they continue.

3.) 03 Jun 2025 21:52:55
Asa you don't need to explain anything bud, your input is valued and respected by many??.

4.) 03 Jun 2025 21:56:24
It is the same for all businesses.

If I was to personally hire junior managers I would be conducting interviews every day of the week in all corners of the world.

Fork I am just trying to explain to some who believe that everyone knows every detail.

5.) 03 Jun 2025 21:59:00
To be fair though, I'm a feckin windae licker and I could've figured
/ worked that out without being involved….

6.) 03 Jun 2025 22:07:26
Not a problem Asa??.

7.) 03 Jun 2025 22:12:42
Asa, you have nothing to explain. I don't fully understand why you are.

I still stand by Marco Rose just like them who have stood by SG and also got there knickers in a twist over the 3pm announcement of RM.

We all get it wrong. But until we have a name with a scarf above in the hub of Ibrox. It still stands that no one is wrong yet.

I have had it in the neck for info given falling on its back side and I know John has and I would think a few other names can be added to that.

Most of us come on here in good faith and some like to throw it in the faces of who got it wrong.

8.) 03 Jun 2025 22:29:54
I have to say Asa don't take everything personal
Try laugh it off

It's been a bit crazy past few months but it's been really good at times too with the banter and yes we've all had some heated moments but we dust ourselves down and come back on and have more banter and debates and info being put out
It's just been very lively ?

The anticipation is killing everyone been too funny at times ?.

9.) 03 Jun 2025 22:33:30
Hey Stuarty1872. Me 2. After no problems up n doon ladders for 20 years switched to reach n wash system to be safer and fell over my pole and broke my elbow 2 weeks ago. Typical. ?.

10.) 03 Jun 2025 22:35:41
Stig this was nothing personal my friend I noticed someone having a go at CF5 and others over the last few days so wished to clear something on my end to show that we are only human and don't know everything.

11.) 03 Jun 2025 23:20:41
I would agree with that. I'm a pretty calm guy but even myself in the last week or so has felt the stress and strain of this process.

It's good they are being thorough and nothing is getting out it screams professionalism and these guys mean business but it's also frustrating cause we all want to know what is going on.

It's easy to be patient about things we don't care about but this is something we all love. At the end of this process we can all look back regardless of who is appointed and hopefully laugh at how frustrated we got, stressed and even worried lol.

So apologies from myself to anyone I have offended or had a go at like focusing on the word fact in people's posts lol.

12.) 03 Jun 2025 23:31:23
Have loved reading your posts on this site Asa. Would also love to hear more about your cryptic 'salami' comment from earlier though.

13.) 03 Jun 2025 23:43:43
Good post Ayrshire. We will all look back, dust our self's down and laugh mate.

14.) 04 Jun 2025 00:27:53
Kaiser… Ye need to take the rough with the smooth mate ?.

15.) 04 Jun 2025 01:33:41
Salami is Italian lol.

16.) 04 Jun 2025 02:37:56
Apparently we have 2 Italian candidates, one unproven and one who is one the best up and coming young managers in europe.

Now that it's confirmed that Davide Ancelotti is the assistant manager with his father for the brazilian national team.

That leaves one Italian candidate - see below.

What is Francesco Farioli's style of play?

Francesco Farioli's teams typically employ a 4-3-3 formation, emphasizing attacking five and overloading the opposition's midfield. In possession, he prioritizes relationships and movements of wide players, with full-backs occupying inside lanes to create passing lanes and wingers seeking 1v1 situations. During attacks, he aims to have multiple players behind the opponent's second line of press, opening up the inside channel for center-backs.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
In Possession:

Wide Player Relationships:
Farioli focuses on the positioning and movement of his full-backs and wingers in the same channel, avoiding occupying the same spaces.
Full-back Inside Movement:
In the opposition half, full-backs occupy inside lanes or the central space to create an overload and passing lanes, while also positioning themselves close to the play for defensive transitions.
Winger 1v1 Situations:
Wingers aim for 1v1 situations and attacking the space behind their direct opponent.
Attacking Five:
Farioli likes to have up to five players behind the opposition's second line of press, including the striker, wingers, and number eights, to open up the inside channel and provide time and space for center-backs.

In Attack:

Overloading the Midfield:
Farioli's teams aim to have a numerical advantage in the midfield, disrupting the opponent's defensive line and creating opportunities for attacks.
Attacking Five:
As mentioned, the attacking five players work together to open up the inside channel and give center-backs time and space to link up with the striker.
Full-back Overlaps:
Once the ball reaches the touchline, full-backs begin overlaps, attacking the space between the opposing full-back and central back.

17.) 04 Jun 2025 02:40:48
Nice spot LIthium ;)

18.) 04 Jun 2025 02:45:46
Got this part incorrect, was an AI search result lol

Now that it's confirmed that Davide Ancelotti is the assistant manager with his father for the brazilian national team.

19.) 04 Jun 2025 03:53:10
Inzagi has left inter Milan. Is he about to take the Rangers job……he's probably the only person that hasn't been mentioned yet. Just so we are clear this is very much a joke before the keyboard warriors come out and attack.

20.) 04 Jun 2025 06:54:14
Right given we sacked big phil 100 days ago and no nearer to appointing a new manager I will put my name forward…. never managed a team above 6 year olds and it was pretty easy, formation wise probably a goalie who can like catch a ball and shout a wee bit, couple of defenders that will hoof it if needed, midfield that will run about like headless chickens and strikers that will have a shot from anywhere……. see how hard can it be ???? no wait that's stolen from Beales playbook ??.

21.) 04 Jun 2025 07:56:30
Where is the confirmation that he's the assistant at Brazil, I can't find it?

22.) 04 Jun 2025 08:18:40
Kiwi…. team talk…. got out there lads and run aboot…shoot on sight…. I remember taking my laddie at under 10's and it was manic…he played CH thought he was nesta but was more like propper with abit pace. Last game for his club there was no ref so the other coach was in charge, ended up getting a straight red for a last man challenge…. wee man was fuming ??.

23.) 04 Jun 2025 08:40:24
It was an AI assumption but.

24.) 04 Jun 2025 09:23:02
Ausbear I reaf Inter Milan are looking at Cesc Fabregas of Como to replace Inzagi. If this transpires Como have Ancelotti Jnr on their short list for that job. So it is a factor but not for me a likely scenario that Inzagi will head to Ibrox.

25.) 04 Jun 2025 10:17:24
Asa you say ww can't know everything that happening. At the first meeting since taking over about the share issue, will any of the following happened.
We will become a Limited company?

If so we will be more in the dark.

26.) 04 Jun 2025 10:41:54
Yes we will become a limited company.

27.) 04 Jun 2025 10:52:43
Craig it has already been confirmed Rangers are going Ltd.

28.) 04 Jun 2025 13:30:56
I was once nearly on the committee at Harthill Royal so I too know about important roles, now I often butter the rolls (margarine actually) I have also helped out at Fauldhouse many times.

All true no pesh .

03 Jun 2025 08:09:11
New head coach will be in post this week.

Asathor

1.) 03 Jun 2025 08:14:13
Nice one Asathor

Any clue on who it could be ?.

2.) 03 Jun 2025 08:19:12
Good info Asa.

3.) 03 Jun 2025 08:42:51
Hopefully in a day or 2.

4.) 03 Jun 2025 08:51:27
By any chance is your source kevin Thelwell ?.

5.) 03 Jun 2025 09:16:26
Thelwell said it would come to a conclusion in a few days yesterday.

6.) 03 Jun 2025 09:36:54
Yes Thelwell did say will come to a conclusion in the coming days, that would indicate this week some time.

7.) 03 Jun 2025 09:44:24
Enjoy your Salami guys.

8.) 03 Jun 2025 09:48:00
Ah Asa another little teaser and hopefully you're correct my friend.

9.) 03 Jun 2025 09:49:32
German Salami??.

10.) 03 Jun 2025 09:53:53
The word "Salami" itself is of Italian origin.
Thanks Asa, Welcome Claudio Ranieri.

11.) 03 Jun 2025 09:54:57
Taking that as a hint Asa ??.

12.) 03 Jun 2025 09:56:08
Cheers Asa kinda confirms what I was told over the weekend??.

13.) 03 Jun 2025 09:56:56
Salami? That confirms it then, Marco Rose will be our new head coach.

14.) 03 Jun 2025 10:00:56
Hopefully not Martin.

15.) 03 Jun 2025 10:06:55
Jeeesus. I just actually googled Salami aaaargh.

16.) 03 Jun 2025 10:10:07
Salami that confirms Jim Leishman. Left field or what.

17.) 03 Jun 2025 10:14:36
I'd rather have a sausage in charge than Russell Martin.

18.) 03 Jun 2025 10:17:43
Salami is Italian.

19.) 03 Jun 2025 10:18:58
Has Asa not said before that it would be Rose who gets the job? Has that opinion now changed then?

20.) 03 Jun 2025 10:27:48
Do you mean 'Salami Tactics' Asa?

21.) 03 Jun 2025 10:39:23
"For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open".
?????????????.

22.) 03 Jun 2025 10:43:48
Salami, salted and air-dried (dry-cured) sausage that has been popular in Italy for millennia and is now enjoyed the world over.

Now is it a Farioli Salami or an Ancelotti Salami?

23.) 03 Jun 2025 10:48:15
Theres german salami and italian salami ?? austrian salami as well ? so its a team of rose nerlinger and gattuso.

24.) 03 Jun 2025 10:49:55
I'm sure Salami is Italian, that would suggest that its either Ancelotti or Farioli as they are the only 2 Italians I've seen mentioned in regards to the Rangers job!

25.) 03 Jun 2025 10:58:04
Also German n Hungarian, France, Spain and the USA all make salami.

26.) 03 Jun 2025 11:29:11
This thread has taken a dark turn lads lol.

27.) 03 Jun 2025 11:30:50
Russel Martin = Asa is definitely talking 'Salami Tactics'.

28.) 03 Jun 2025 11:44:56
Is it deep fried salami then.

29.) 03 Jun 2025 12:29:44
Well it is a type of sausage -) )

01 Jun 2025 23:01:37
Scrambled you are correct I cannot wait for all the announcements.

John I have to say I am so proud to be welcomed into the "family".

This will not be overnight but dominance is now on the horizon at least.

Asathor

1.) 01 Jun 2025 23:36:16
About time you were in Asa, always enjoy reading your posts!

In particular the ones regarding players from the Scandi leagues, a market we must begin to tap into.

2.) 01 Jun 2025 23:43:29
Asathor, I had a wee feeling. And you are more than welcome.

3.) 02 Jun 2025 00:22:13
What's this regarding?

4.) 02 Jun 2025 05:10:43
Think he is hinting that he's in the family of investors like described on the finance page, could be way off though, but Asathor I'm correct mate?

5.) 02 Jun 2025 06:12:38
I hope that is true asathor that you are an investor and if so can you get them to look the Scandinavian markets please ?.

6.) 02 Jun 2025 07:11:53
Asa. Yep.

7.) 02 Jun 2025 07:54:01
Asa - you're already part of the family. Now you're just a member of the Corporate family ?.

Watched a T. A. Flo documentary on YT last night. It seemed the Brann fans felt he was something of a traitor for leaving ("journalist's" opinion) and was willing to pay the club 200k out of his own pocket before Chelsea stepped in and paid Brann 300k.

I always felt he was harshly branded a flop at Rangers. 1 goal every 2 games. Price tag wasn't his fault.

8.) 02 Jun 2025 08:14:30
Personally wouldn't call him a traitor, he was with us for one year and was at that time too good to be playing in the league.

9.) 02 Jun 2025 08:17:25
Asa, good result for you Guys yesterday - posted in response to your message, but it's now about 4 pages down.

Hearing really good things about another young Norwegian players, although this time from one of your rivals.

Austbo from Viking.

10.) 02 Jun 2025 09:01:09
Yes EHL very talented young player and i think he has a bright future in the game.

I would however recommend having a look at Sindre Walle Egeli.
2 years younger and frightening.

11.) 02 Jun 2025 09:35:10
Cheers Asa, Egeli is indeed frightening - so much so that is suspect he'll command a few close to 20m.

Good news though, as we have 20m to spend!

12.) 02 Jun 2025 09:49:17
Yes he will be close to Ødegaard and Haaland in a few years of he continues this progress.

13.) 02 Jun 2025 11:13:46
Asa at least certain postet can't say you shouldn't be commenting on anything Rangers if yiur a director at another club.

14.) 02 Jun 2025 11:16:01
Onewalter unfortunately i can almost guarantee that some people will not want me posting regardless.

15.) 02 Jun 2025 13:04:06
Must admit love it when asathor mentions scandanavian players right on you tube to have a look.

16.) 02 Jun 2025 13:12:56
Asa - that's why I said according to the "journalist" - the inverted commas indicate his lack of credibility.

I don't think he was a traitor. He certainly wasn't a flop for us either.

17.) 02 Jun 2025 14:17:31
Asathor, yes, no, maybe mate? If so advise the club on signings from your area then.

31 May 2025 09:17:42
As I have said in the last few months, yesterday marked the official end of the most damaging and hurtful period of our club's history.

Friends the future looks very bright and we can be assured that the club will be transformed inside and out.

Andrew and Paraag are very astute businessmen and have been successful in every venture.

I can say with certainty that these men will do what they say.

I have been fortunate to know Andrew personally from my capacity at Bayer AG and he is someone who is respected from many in the business world.

I was fortunate to meet Paraag for the first time when I visited UCLA earlier in the year and his knowledge of the benefits of sports science and the need for sensible approaches to player welfare is something that I have looked to implement in my own club.

Let us draw a line under the last 14 years and look forward to a bright future with tangible success.

I would also like to apologise to anyone I have offended or argued with on this forum.

Asathor

1.) 31 May 2025 10:29:55
Hopefully just the start of the correct implementation of the way forward, interesting to see how things go.

2.) 31 May 2025 10:40:33
Very interesting (and promising) insight as always Asathor. I don't think you need to apologise for anything, your posts are always very balanced. Everyone has opinions and are entitled to them, I think a lot on the forum would benefit from acknowledging that a disagreement of opinions does not need to result in an argument or ill-feeling.

3.) 31 May 2025 10:41:16
Not the most damaging having Ashley was.

4.) 31 May 2025 10:45:54
Fans need to understand it will take a while, miracles won't happen overnight but i am sure we will see changes fairly quickly. the one good thing is whilst the management team will be even more customer focused they won't be phased with the occasional banner or groans. once they have their development path sorted they will strongly adhere to it.

5.) 31 May 2025 10:47:17
Fraser. David murray donr far more damage than ashley.

6.) 31 May 2025 10:48:59
Fraser I think you will find he is included in that period!

Asa, you have nothing to apologise for.

7.) 31 May 2025 11:03:08
This is what every Rangers fan has wished for over the last few years. Exciting times ahead!
This is again another re-build and it will take time. The new Manager needs time.
Make Ranger great again and back to being Simply the best!

8.) 31 May 2025 11:03:48
Asa my friend, you post along with a few others are the first I look out for when I come on. Yes we may disagree on occasion but I wouldn't have it anyother way. I would fight to protect your right to offend anyone you want, don't apoligise, celebrate our freedoms! i'm a bit ott but you get the jist.

9.) 31 May 2025 11:14:57
Hope so asa, i feel we are moving from a board who were Rangers fans, and although succesful business men in their own right, made a meal of running the club, the money wasted was almost criminal. I think the new board will not only bring much needed investment, but also spend it more wisely. i'm not expecting abramovich style spending whether ffp was in effect or not, just a better run club.

10.) 31 May 2025 11:16:59
Asa well said ?.

11.) 31 May 2025 11:26:43
Guys, let's move forward with our attitudes as well. It's been doom and gloom long enough. Let's bring a bit of positivity back. I am excited about the future. If you seen the article, open letter from the Leeds fan they were full of praise for the 49 ers. The past was bad but in the past. Let's look forward. You just have to listen to super scoreboard and see the social media. They are worried. That gives me joy.

12.) 31 May 2025 11:40:26
Great post as always asa, thanks to you and the rest on here for keeping us lesser mortals in the loop!

Very excited about the future, though not expecting miracles overnight.

13.) 31 May 2025 11:41:23
Asathor you have nothing to apologise for, you are one of the first posts I look for.

14.) 31 May 2025 11:43:37
Asa u have absolutely nothing to apologise for.

15.) 31 May 2025 12:14:32
Asa you have nothing to apologise for, I have always read your posts and admire your inside information and expertise, being stuck down here in NZ we are well behind in terms of football, for some reason kiwis prefer a weird egg shaped ball.
Thank you for all your contributions ????.

16.) 31 May 2025 12:19:38
Asathor we all get drawn in at times but for me impressions of you is all good reliable and honest poster keep it coming one of top poster here in my book.

17.) 31 May 2025 12:26:06
ASA you have absolutely NOTHING to apologise for. Robust debate is a stable in any functioning society. If someone is offended by your opinion or views then that's on them not you. I disagree with your views on King and SG but they're not offensive and I'm not offended. People who are easily offended really should post in public forums or use social media. You keep telling it the way you see it and folk will robustly but respectfully disagree when necessary.

18.) 31 May 2025 12:26:21
No apology necessary Asa, we all appreciate your insight and posts.
Lets all look forward to a bright future at Glasgo Rangers Football Club. ?⚪️?.

19.) 31 May 2025 12:26:35
Hope you never stop posting Asa.

20.) 31 May 2025 12:33:00
Top man Asa! No apology required. Great times ahead.
Look forward to picking your brain about the danish league in the future.

Asa you have no need to apologise as we're all adults on here and there will be disagreements from time to time.
Interesting times ahead.

22.) 31 May 2025 12:35:40
Asa, nothing to apologise for. Most of us on here know nothing of how football is run, but you and a few others do, and input from those are always valued.

23.) 31 May 2025 13:25:15
ASA you have absolutely no need to apologise! In fact in you keep apologising you're going to have to apologise for apologising too much ?.

24.) 31 May 2025 14:00:05
Asa,
I think the vast majority on here really appreciate your input. Your knowledge of the business side of the game has been an education from my perspective.
We all must bear in mind, we can disagree without being disagreeable.
I have learned a lot from posters on this forum. Thank you and keep it coming fellow bears.

25.) 31 May 2025 14:16:16
Asa don't stop being you mate and your contribution to this place is outstanding.

26.) 31 May 2025 16:17:47
Thank you guys I appreciate all the warm words of support.

We are the people.

27.) 31 May 2025 16:23:05
It's largely done to protect the owners.

We don't require the funds from selling shares anymore as the owners can solely cover the funds.

But it means there is limited liability on the owners, basically protecting personal assets against any potential debts.

28.) 31 May 2025 16:32:45
Asa - no apologies needed as your post are very informative and structured.
Great to read your updates for someone ITK.

29.) 31 May 2025 16:58:57
Im a happy man now.

SWS why have you not yet returned my friend. Serious lack of debate without you.

Asathor

1.) 14 Jun 2025 08:41:19
Could SWS ? actually be posting under another pseudonym? ?
Certainly miss the deabate ⚽ and the banter ?. Just glad the next manager chat is over. ?
Also missing the emojis mid ??sentence. Come back SWS. ?⚪?.

2.) 14 Jun 2025 08:47:35
Asathor I doubt if sws sees you as his friend. The day after he left the site you were still on having a dig at him so I'm not sure why you now call him your friend. If he wants to come back on he will.

3.) 14 Jun 2025 10:10:54
JFM was that even needed. Asathor is holding out an olive branch and putting all of it behind him.

SWS I agree mate get back on. the posts are too easy to read now without the emojis making me have to concentrate ?.

4.) 14 Jun 2025 12:38:21
Saws will do what he wants, the site will continue.

08 Jun 2025 23:26:15
KHughes yes it has been a rollercoaster journey to day the least.
A few people asked questions months ago that I had to evade.
Sorry once again StevieG for not answering your direct questions.

I have to say thanks to John for his part in maintaining secrecy as I believe he is potentially the only poster on here that truly knew.

Asathor

1.) 09 Jun 2025 08:40:23
Oh well messed that up. ?. Glad to know some on here have proper insight into what's going on. Always appreciate your input Asa mate. And to think certain ones wanted you booted off this site not long ago. Tho hope we don't end up with conflict of interest interests if we play your other club. ?.

2.) 09 Jun 2025 09:44:21
Asa absolutely not my role to name certain people especially on here.

3.) 09 Jun 2025 14:21:31
Not to worry atall Asa. I suppose the fact I asked the direct question is maybe an indication I already knew the answer anyway.

All good ma friend ??.

08 Jun 2025 10:23:24
Marton Dardai would be my first choice CB signing.

Perfectly adapted to the possession based game and can play in a back 2 and a back 3.

Asathor

1.) 08 Jun 2025 10:44:53
Asathor can't you pass they names on mate?

2.) 08 Jun 2025 10:54:15
I am sure our scouting teams will be aware my star.

3.) 08 Jun 2025 11:19:02
Cheers mate.

4.) 08 Jun 2025 15:04:43
Augsburg reportedly interested but could be a shrewd buy ASA.

5.) 08 Jun 2025 15:15:31
I'd Prefer Attila Szalai who is much more highly regarded, don't know why he's fallen off so much the last 2 seasons but was very highly regarded and almost joined Chelsea before going to Hoffenheim. His Value has plummeted this season.

Another we should be looking at is a Left winger from Algeria called Adil Boulbina 22 LW plays in Hungary 25 goal contributions in 25 games looks a great player. After our Success with Hamza from Morocco this is a no brainer at 2 million valuation.

06 Jun 2025 22:02:20
What a performance absolutely dominant ??

Also read the chat about Dor Turgeman. He is a quality young player and in my opinion would actually be an upgrade on current crop.

Asathor

1.) 06 Jun 2025 22:24:52
Upgrade on Igamane Asathor, I find that very hard to believe.

2.) 06 Jun 2025 22:49:20
Asa he probably is worth £4m being spoken about but given our funding position do you think we need to be paying this price for a position which I don't think is a priority part of the team with Iga being another developing young player. with our budget there must be other areas we should be spending it.

3.) 06 Jun 2025 22:49:56
What was your score Asa?
Your Icelandic cousins pumped us 3-1.

4.) 06 Jun 2025 23:38:32
Three cheers 3-0 Vs Italy.
Very convincing result for Iceland also.

My star my personal opinion although I believe igamane has a higher ceiling.

5.) 06 Jun 2025 23:46:15
Asathor greasy result for you tonight.

Why do you find that hard to believe Mystar it's the guys opinion and you haven't a great record when it comes to calling good players.

6.) 07 Jun 2025 00:34:51
That's a good result Asa well done. It must have been a slick performance Strom?.

7.) 07 Jun 2025 00:49:14
You always amusing me storm with your clueless nonsense, I can spot talent alright.

8.) 07 Jun 2025 08:54:42
He looks (granted on a YouTube clip) to be more well rounded than igamane.

Igamane is slack at times with his passing and decision making…. but he's got that something, bit of class/ magic that fans love…deadly first touch, nutmegs and banger goals…. always a style that fans will love. He needs polished in all round game but I'm loving watching him. enjoy him while he's here as like you say his ceiling is high if polished up.

05 Jun 2025 16:21:39
Are we still arguing over manager?

I hope we can get behind the team and let's get back to winning ways.

Asathor

1.) 05 Jun 2025 16:40:04
Agreed Asa. He wasn't my 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th choice but the new ownership have seen something they like, so we follow on.

Having said that, Football is a results based business and they will all be judged by those results.

The 49ers Enterprises must be confident they've got the right man.

2.) 05 Jun 2025 16:46:29
Or just sharing our opinions on a football forum? At least there won't be weird cryptic messages about salami and the like anymore.

3.) 05 Jun 2025 16:49:37
I can get behind the team but I think it's unlikely we're getting back to winning ways.

4.) 05 Jun 2025 16:56:23
I'm not sure how the fans are going to react about Ibrox going 100% vegan.

5.) 05 Jun 2025 17:02:29
Kaiser the moaning about Martin is getting worse than the actually last couple of weeks waiting on manager getting announced. It's done and dusted get behind him.

6.) 05 Jun 2025 17:11:12
The cryptic clues were part of the fun, especially the guessing and interaction after each one. was the salami mention about an Italian (obviously not) or the salami effect or neither.
I hope Ibrox does go vegan as I really liked Star Trek; oh sorry that was Vulcan.

7.) 05 Jun 2025 17:11:25
No way EHL is that for the team or is the whole club/ stadium doing the vegan thing? Accidently had one of McDonald's vegan burgers. ?.

8.) 05 Jun 2025 17:19:38
Don't worry Angus - "Live long and prosper! "

9.) 05 Jun 2025 17:22:49
Kaiser - Probably more meat in their vegan burger than in the actual meat "of sorts" burger???.

10.) 05 Jun 2025 17:38:45
It's all about the recruitment now that he's the man chosen, has to be correct for what he's going to play like and how the club is going to be playing moving forward regardless of coach.

Not good enough for Scotland and the striker options are not strong so not good enough for us.
