Cant actually believe i'm asking this, so i apologise in advance .
Does anyone have any inside info on whether we have approached Man Utd about CR7? A manchester journalist has tweeted saying Rangers have made an enquiry. This seems crazy and unlikely but i'm asking anyway lol.

Ronaldo wants cl football, a host of cl teams are thought to have turned him down this summer, after last night we can give him cl football, would be amazing signing, he's one of the most famous footballers in the world and his signing would raise the profile of our club around the world, not sure how we could afford his wages if he came on loan but then again we signed Ramsay who was on crazy money at Juventus, hopefully we can do this, ross Wilson should be knighted if he can make this happen, it would send parkhead into a meltdown.

Asked my father-in-law who is German and Bayern obsessed. He said Tillman hadn't made much impression but they have about a dozen good youth players in and around their squad. He did say he thought they would likely loan or sell him as a couple others in same position ahead of him in the queue.

Im not overly fussed about the wage structure, with the management we have at board level right now, i believe if we couldn't afford it, we wouldn't offer it. Its probably the most competent board we have had in a long while.

Why would we want to use players from our B team when they can't even winntheir own league against much weaker opposition? If they can't play against highland league teams and run away with their league comfortably, then they aren't going to be much help against premiership sides.

As a club playing in the Scottish league, getting the best possible deals for each player we sign is essential. There is very little financial reward in this country for success, we pin all our hopes on getting into the champions league, so its a massive gamble to play large amounts of cash for a player only to potentially not qualify.
